Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Top Floor With Sea View On The Beach Front

Penthouse flat overlooking the sea, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Elegant apartment on the sea front in downtown santa eulalia. Tastefully furnished with many antiques, and all modern appliances-air con, tv with usb and great choice of movies, wifi, etc. Sleeps 5-6. Surrounded by many fine restaurants, all shops in walking distance. 10 min from golf course. Ferry boat and bus to

Ibiza town and many beaches.

Car is not really necessary, but there is parking available in the building.

Santa eulalia is a fantastic family resort set on the finest beaches in ibiza. Everyone who stays here comments on how clean and well kept the town is. There is enough to do not to have to leave the town but there is an excellent bus and ferry boat service if you decide to go exploring and don't have a car. There are loads of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. For the sporty types there are gyms, water sports, sport centre, diving centres and a superb marina. It really does have everything for the perfect family holiday. Hope to see you soon.

Lovely property, amazing view, excellent owner

After a first bad experience with an apartment we moved from after one night, we found Michael's apartment overlooking the beautiful bay of Sta Eulalia. Our vacation turned from nightmare into a real holiday.

The apartment is right on the beach, which is great for families with kids. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Michael has also some beach gear (inflatables, umbrellas, sand toys, etc) which were handy.

The building is well maintained and the 2 elevators plus parking are ideal. The apartment is spacious, we stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids without a problem. The terrace is perfect for lunch and dinners overlooking the bay.

The apartment was well cleaned at arrival, even if we did so on a very last minute basis. Beds and pillows are comfortable, very important!

Living room has airco, the rest of the house hasn't. It'd be great to have it as well in the main bedroom in order to be able to sleep till late, but that's the only improvement I could wish for.

Michael is a very nice person and he does his best for you. Remarkable on an island like Ibiza, where most of owners/agencies don't do the effort.

Beautiful accommodation

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and it will certainly not be the last. The position is ideal for strolling around Santa Eulalia, lovely restaurants nearby and the view from the balcony is perfect. The apartment is stunning with three large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There is nothing more anyone could possibly want and the owner makes you feel very welcome. As before there was a lovely welcome pack in the fridge for us when we arrived, the beds are clean and the whole apartment is immaculate. We would certainly recommend it.

Very homely and everything you would need!

Holidaying with my husband, elderly parents and brother-in-law. We had a lovely time in this very homely apartment. Apartment has 3 spacious rooms and 2 rooms one with bath with shower over. Everything was in order when we arrived with the addition of a small welcome pack from Michael the owner. Michael met us with 3 x sets of keys which was great this enabled us to go our own way during the fortnight. Everything was clean and tidy and everything you would need and more available for use. Handy to have a TV with some English Channels and films to watch (my father occasionally stayed in) Apartment is very close to bars, restaurants and cafes. Beach is on your doorstep and marina five mins walk away where ferries leave daily to Ibiza and other places. Bus station only a 10 min walk up the street too. Perfect location. Michael and his wife live in the same building a couple of floors down so always on hand if needed and very helpful. We hope to return. Lesley & Family

Excellent location & views

The apartment has an excellent location,is spacious has all the facilities needed for a fantastic holiday. The location is a few paces away from the seafront with a good supermarkets and bakers directly outside the apartment front door.

The apartment was clean and the air conditioning in the main lounge was very welcome. Our bed was large and comfortable. Bed linen was of good quality. Bedrooms don't have air conditioning but do have fans which was excellent as it was the hottest July in 20 years

On arrival, there was a supply of soft drinks and a couple of welcome beers.

Michael, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and lived locally

We would definitely stay here again if we're holidaying in St Eularia.

Its like coming home, Michael was really friendly, relaxed and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, and having breakfast in the morning, sitting at the terras, enjoying the sea view, the day starts well. If you want to cook, wash everything is well maintained. I would highly recommend this property. Don't forget to take a nice coffee at Cosmi! Enjoy the stay.
