About the property

Built to the owners exact specification in the Vale de Lapa Area of Carvoeiro

A truly superb 3 bed fully air-conditioned villa in a beautifully serene area of Carvoeiro, Vale de Lapa. Completed to the owners specifications in 2009, this villa oozes quality from wherever you view. With pedestrian or vehicle gate entry, there is parking for 2 cars. At the front door you are greeted with a huge open spaced lower floor which has a bedroom (en-suite), further guest cloakroom, lounge, dining area, kitchen (with utility room off), and a dedicated TV/Cinema room with surround sound and two comfortable loungers. The individually designed kitchen with beautiful black granite worktops is a sight to behold and is supplied with everything the owners could think of for a comfortable home from home stay for guests. A walk up the flowing solid wood stairs and you arrive at another huge open plan landing area where there are two luxury chairs to enjoy the sea views to the south from the inside. Huge patio doors gives access to the external wrap-around balcony with table and four chairs and two luxury sun loungers with deep cushioned mattresses for guests' comfort. The sea and land views are stunning from here !

Two further double bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and both with fabulous en-suite walk-in wet shower rooms, complete with contemporary baths with beautiful stainless steel fittings. Sea views from both these en-suite bathrooms too !

This villa has everything for the discerning renter who requires absolute quality. We do advise that because of the modern staircase that no children under the age of 8 years should accompany guest groups. This villa is legally licenced under the Alojamento Local scheme under process no. 242/2014 - Register no 17629/AL.

Superb location with nothing to complain!!!

Very well maintained villa with a splendid ambiente , a perfect pool area and a lovely garden. The service was very good and Ana as the responsible manager was there for any questions.

The neighbourhood is quiet and leaves enough space for privacy and very relaxed holidays.

Pure Luxury

Without doubt the most luxurious villa we have stayed in during 20 years of holidaying in the Algarve.

A beautiful spacious villa - the kitchen is my dream and my husband was very impressed with the BBQ area - the gardens are lovely, the pool enormous and the sun beds pure luxury!

This villa looked great on the website, but it is so much better when you get there. Everything in the property has been thoughtfully designed to create an amazing space and it is equipped to the highest standards.

The only hesitation that I had in writing a review is that it may make Villa Gondor more popular and therefore harder for us to get back there, because we will be back without a doubt.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Pool heating charged at 200 euros first week then 100 euros each subsequent week. (Heating is switched on 3 days prior to guests' arrival to ensure it is at comfortable swimming temp). Air conditioning and wi-fi is fully inclusive.

A 25% deposit is required to fully confirm the booking. The balance and returnable breakages and damages deposit of 200 euros is required 2 calendar months prior to arrival. B&D deposit is returned within 7 days of guests departure as long as nil B&D occurs. All rates include air con, wi-fi, cleaning and laundry.
