The apartment is located in a the popular area of Bendinat within easy reach of Palma and the prestigious Puerto Portals. The property consists of entrance hall with stairs leading down to the Master bedroom with small terrace and en suite bathroom, 3 further double bedrooms with views out to sea, 2 further bathrooms. The family bathroom has just been completely replaced and has a large walk in shower. The first floor has open plan kitchen leading to lounge/dining room with patio doors to the terrace and views out to sea. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. As you go upstairs you will find the fabulous roof terrace which has dining area, lounge area, BBQ area and separate sunbathing area. Most of our family time is spent on the terrace and has a large extending blind if you prefer to laze in the midday sun under the shade. There are two swimming pools within the development, one of which is solely the use of the 6 apartments in the block. The property has internet, free view SKY TV, DVD player, off street parking, and air conditioning throughout. The restaurants and supermarkets of Bendinat are a short walk away and the nearest beach is about a 10 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then a walk down to the main port is just 20 minutes, (5 minutes by car) and there is a gym at the bottom of our road that you can go to, paying by visit, by week or by month. It is an excellent gym and also has tennis courts. If you have small children then Marineland is just down the road too and my children spent many happy hours there when they were little. Palma (the capitol) is a 15 car journey, but better to take a taxi as parking is horrendous! There are many beach clubs, one of which is just a 7 minute walk to in Illetas, and the tennis club next to Marineland also has a very nice beach club, although you will be paying around 50 euros per person just for the bed, as oppose to the 5 euros you will pay for the bed on the beach ! Whether its mountain hiking, cycling, (Majorca is known for its cycle paths) or just relaxing at the port for dinner and one of its many superb restaurants and just people watching , Mallorca really does have it all!
I have a long history with Mallorca and went to school there at 14. There are several english schools on the island and I went to Queens College, a tiny school back then. I continued to go back there all my holidays once I had moved back home to the UK to go to Uni, and when I met my husband we ended up buying a home over there. My children , now 21, 22, and 23, all equally love Mallorca, and have been going there since they were little. Its an island that gets in your blood I think!

We bought this property from plans, and we chose the one that would give the best views. The children were young at the time and there weren't that many apartments that had 4 bedrooms. I knew the area, so I knew it was incredibly safe and thankfully in the 15 years we have owned it have never had any trouble, break in, or a moments worry with closing the door and knowing it would all be the same when we returned. It is essentially a residential block, so there is a care and respect that means the block is well maintained. There are no loud parties, yet if you want the mayhem of late nights and clubbing it is all within 10 minutes of the development.
I like the fact that it has a home from home feel, that if you want to just relax and watch Sky, play a game, share dinner with friends on the terrace, or rent a boat and enjoy the sea, this property is in reach of any type of holiday you want. It has enough luxury to match your own home but not too much that you feel you need to watch your kids every time they are playing.
We stayed here in July and very much enjoyed our visit. The owner was great to work with before and after the rental. We had our family of 4 (two kids 13 and 9) + my brother and his wife. We enjoyed the beautiful views. The rooms were comfortable for everyone. Everything was nice and clean. The pictures on the listing are accurate.
We wanted to stay in something central that would allow us to have a nearby beach and explore the island. We were able to walk through a path in back of the property down to the beach (although the walk up is uphill, but very doable). And the apartment was a good base for our trips to the mountains and the other side of the island as well. We had considered another property near Es Trenc and were much happier that we stayed closer in to everything. It was awesome to be close in proximity to Palma in such a nice, quiet neighborhood.
The view from the rooftop terrace was fabulous, and we enjoyed a nice barbecue one evening.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely go back when visiting Mallorca.
Having stayed in Mallorca many times over my life it was refreshing to find such a beautiful apartment in a great location at such a reasonable price.
Myself and partner and 2 other couples had a fantastic and a very comfortable stay here. There was more than enough space for us all to enjoy each others company but also enough privacy when needed. The apartment was refurbished to a very high standard and the views on the terrace were incredible. One side was a heavenly sea view and the other was a rustic Majorcan mountain view, bliss! The terrace gets sun all day and was perfect for BBQing in the evening or catching some rays in the day time. The beds are extremely comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, it really was home from home.
I am a keen swimmer and the large swimming pool in the complex was complete luxury for me especially as I always had it to myself.
In terms of location I don't think we could have got better. It was a short drive the airport, a stroll to the beach and an ample walk to puerto portals if you are lucky enough to get to venture out on a boat or just want to mix in with the glitz. We ventured to Palma often for shopping, drinks, tapas and dinner and it is only a short run in a taxi.

Went there with 3 mates to play Golf for the week, The location is amazing, 5 mins from Golf course, Beach, shops, Restaurants and of course the Port.
The Apartment is spacious and very clean, the bedrooms are great size. The roof terrace is spectacular, views are amazing and a nice place to chill, or even have a BBQ.
I've had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful island of Majorca many times and stayed in various apartments / villas.
This apartment has been the best find so far though as it really suited our needs. We were three couples so the large bedrooms with good storage was great.
The kitchen was a big hit as it was fully equipped, even down to the coffee machine which was a saviour for us all in the mornings.
The terraces are magnificent with good quality furniture and a fantastic grill which was perfect for when we had BBQ's, which was quite often!
The views are stunning and the location was ideal as I love Portal Nous and the drive into gorgeous Palma is only 10-15 mins down the road.
Would highly recommend to anyone with a family, couples or even a bunch of friends as I haven't come across an apartment that made me feel as comfortable as this, in turn making the trip a very successful and enjoyable experience!
A stunning apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A short trip from the airport takes you to this quiet apartment yet a short stroll from lovely shops and beaches. The apartment is very clean, modern and spacious with an exceptional roof terrace that has every been planned so that you can sunbathe, eat out and relax under the stars at night!! We had such a wonderful holiday here and our kids loved it too, we would definitely book it again
