2 room apartment on the ground floor of a villa with terrace and garden in a residential area.

Located in the countryside between Menton (10 min by car from the city center and the beaches) and the village of Castellar, this apartment will offer you relaxation and calm for a sunny holiday.

The completely new apartment (finished in early 2015) of around 35 m² is made up of:
- a living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven / microwave; fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher), a TV and a real sofa bed of 1.40 m,. The living room leads directly onto a wooden terrace where you can calmly take your meals (barbecue at your disposal). The lawned garden will offer you relaxation thanks to its deckchairs.

TRANQUILITE

Nous sommes arrivées dans un appartement paisible et propre, au milieu de la verdure. Les propriétaires sont charmants, et très discrets. Ils nous ont indiqué les villages proches à visiter, comme Sainte Agnèse et Eze. En quelques minutes en voiture, nous étions au centre de Menton, sur la route du bord de mer ou sur l'autoroute pour passer en Italie. Séjour très agréable.

superbes vacances

Belle résidence, très bien située

Un séjour très heureux . Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles Le conseil de venir avec des voitures, dont une assez volumineuse quand même plutôt qu'avec mon Trafic long m'a été très utile ! Sur le site et surtout dans les routes escarpées du bel arrière pays de Menton !

appartement au calme

Nous avons passe un beau séjour à Castellar, l'appartement est au calme, proche de menton et des villages de l’arrière pays. Si il n'y avait pas de moustiques tigres cela aurait été parfait
