Beach Walk is a luxury three-bedroom apartment located on the Platinum West Coast of Barbados in the elegant Ashanti condominium - in which there are just 9 units. The apartment is set in an elevated location on a ridge overlooking Gibbes Beach.

This first floor apartment has been decorated to the highest standard, with three spacious bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own television with cable TV. The master bedroom has patio doors that lead onto the balcony with fabulous views - the perfect place to watch a Caribbean sunset. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be made into king sized if preferred) and a large dressing room. The third bedroom has a double bed.

The open plan living and dining area also have doors which open out onto the balcony.

The cosy living area has another television with cable TV and DVD player. There is Wi-Fi installed for all your communication needs.

The stylish and modern kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your snacks and meals. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Maid service is offered once a week but further service can be provided at an additional charge.

Take advantage of the large communal pool and enjoy an afternoon dip to cool down from the hot Barbados sun. Sun loungers are provided on the spacious sun deck.

There is parking available at the condo, and if you wish to hire a car for the duration of your stay, please let us know and we would be happy provide you with some prices. Car Hire is recommended for ease of exploring the island.

The closest beach is located approximately 5 minutes away, Gibbes Beach – a quiet beach with calm waters perfect for swimming. Just a little further away, you will find Mullins Beach, which has beach facilities, beach bar/restaurant and various watersports suitable for all ages. We provide complimentary sun beds for the duration of your stay which will be set up for you on arrival.

A 5-10 minute drive away you will find Speightstown, a small town with supermarket, banks and post office. Here you will find bars and restaurants suitable for all budgets. The west coast has plenty of restaurants and dining options, and nothing in Barbados is ever far away as it is such a small island and there is plenty to explore.

Beach Walk is a beautiful apartment

Beach Walk is a luxury apartment in a fab location, just a short walk to Gibbs Beach with Mullins Beach not much further away. Situated right in the middle of Speightstown and Holetown you are spoilt with choices of shops and restaurant's and traditional Bajan hospitality. The Apartment has everything you need plus more, it is very tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. Karen the agent could not be more helpful, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A perfect week

We had 10 glorious days in July. The apartment immaculate and decorated to such taste, with every detail thought of. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. within an easy 10 minute walk to the best beach on the island, Gibbes - we were in paradise. It was everything we could have imagined and more. Thank you so much!!! The only problem was that we were not there long enough!

Perfect apartment on the best part of the island!

A wonderful place to spend a couple of weeks. Ashanti Villas has everything you could want for the perfect island retreat. It is in the ‘place to be’ on the island and only a 500m walk from two of the most famous beaches, Gibbes and Mullins – there is a great beach bar at Mullins to spend lazy afternoons!

The apartment is spotless and well looked after – it has a fully outfitted kitchen, a couple of balconies and three large ensuite bedrooms that are all air conditioned.

There are private sun loungers and beach towels for trips to the each and a very comfortable sitting room with a television and dvd player if you need a time-out from the sun!

Marcia, Karen and Caroline were lovely and always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed to make our trip as special as possible!

The perfect apartment for Barbados

The apartment ticked all the usual boxes and then some! Spotless on arrival, well maintained throughout and a very comfortable soft seating area which was sadly used to often due to it being the rainy season. It's location between Holetown (5 min away by car) and Speightstown (5 min away by car) means your in the perfect spot to get the most of the West Cost. A holiday can normally be gauged on if you would go back or not. We're already looking at dates in 2017. For us, it's a question of when not if.

The security (damage) deposit of US$500 is due a day or so before you arrive (I will contact you to remind you).
It is to be paid by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard).
We expect that breakages and damages will be declared and paid for or replacements made.
Assuming zero damages, the security deposit is refunded in full, after departure and when the property has been checked.
If any charges are made to the security deposit, there is a 5% processing fee to the amount charged.
