Villa El Paraiso (The Paradise) is situated at the end of a quiet residecial cul-de-sac with stunning views across the bay of Moraira. It offers top of the range fittings and is furnished to the highest of standards. The pool is child friendly. Very highly recommended.

Designed and built in 2006 to the owner's specification villa El Paraiso offers larger than average accommodation and provides every conceivable luxury for a perfect holiday. There are four large bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and an impressive master suite complete with dressing area, en-suite bathroom private terrace with incredible sea views and air conditioning. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, high quality furnishings and fittings and are air conditioned. The house is very secluded and barely visible from the road, entrance is via double gates to a driveway for three cars and a few steps lead up to the main terrace and stunning pool area. The front door leads into an impressive lounge and dining room with picture windows, electronic blinds, comfortable sofas and an abundance of quality furnishings. There is a flat screen TV with UK satellite channels, DVD player, surround sound system and internet access. The open plan fully fitted kitchen is of very high quality and includes a full range of base and eye level units, full oven, hob, large fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. A separate utility room off of the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge. On this level are two bedrooms, one twin and one double both with quality fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the twin bedroom has a bathroom adjacent. A bright and airy elegant staircase leads to the upper floor with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and air conditioning. On this level is the impressive master suite complete with a large four poster bed, luxury en-suite bathroom, private dressing area, air conditioning and a balcony with sea views! There is free wifi access throughout the villa. Outside there is a large unusual shape designer private pool with tiled steps, a feature ramp and tiled table and chairs for a cocktail whilst keeping cool in the pool! There is an unusual compass design in the floor tiles and special fiber optic lights that create a spectacular show at night and a pool-side shower. The pool has a very shallow part for children and is completely child friendly with elegant safety glass fence. The terraces have been designed with a 'stone carpet' that feels comfortable to the feet and is totally non-slip. An impressive gas BBQ is provided for al fresco cooking and there is a stylish pergola with high quality sofas and dining furniture for relaxing and eating in the shade. Sufficient sun beds and parasols are available on the large terraced areas which enjoy both sun and shade. A very highly recommended holiday villa in a great setting!

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.

The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.

Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.

For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.

Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.

For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.

  • * Complete flexibility - This villa can be booked from any start date for any duration to
    suit your exact requirements, with a minimum stay of just 5 nights.

    * Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
    towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
    more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.

    * Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
    (approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
    during your stay.

    * Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
    charge will apply.

    * You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
    foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid

    * Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
    days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
    the balance due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

    * Pets policy. Some of our villas accept pets. Please contact us for details.

    * Long winter rentals. Some of our villas are available for between a 3 to 7 month period
