Enjoy a typical Mallorcan stone house recently renovated, with wonderful views. It is located in the heart of the wonderful landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The tranquility of the environment and its location make it perfect to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Ideal for hikers, since just 10 minutes from the house there are numerous excursion departure points.

The house is surrounded by more than 18000m2 of pine and oak forest. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, a large porch with oven and barbecue and a large terrace from which you can see the entire Soller Valley, its port and wonderful sunsets .

Your own private mirador

Totally private house with incredible views down the mountains, over Port de Soller and to the horizon for gorgeous sunsets. Incredibly well-equipped for a self-catering holiday and with good supermarkets just 15 minutes drive down the hill in Soller. Walks into the hills or down into the valley of Fornalutx are literally on your doorstep. Pool is suitable for a refreshing, cold dip rather than a swim (although a child might manage a few strokes). The one drawback - for summer - is that air con is only in living area and one of the 4 bedrooms. Otherwise, and when not so hot, a brilliant holiday home.

Beautiful spot with amazing views and all necessities- undoubtedly enhanced by the amazing weather

Regina was excellent at communicating with us and responded quickly to messages The villa is well equipped and tranquil but you definitely need your own transport. It’s an ideal spot for cycling although being above Fortnalutz you will always be riding up to it or down to it coming home. It has a lovely terrace overlooking Porte Sóller and a cooler spot for barbecueing at the back. It is spacious although the plumbing struggled with the demands of a teenage daughter. It is a nice mix of old farmers abode and modern conveniences. We would definitely go back. The pool is small and unheated so good for cooling down rather than swimming. It felt very tranquil although at the weekend we could here the noise from the recreational motorcyclists on the road. This was not an issue during the week. There is a nearby restaurant with incredible views and basic local cuisine which can be reached by a short walk along one of Mallorca’s footpaths. The paths are well signposted and it’s a straight forward walk down to Fornalutx and Sóller. We had a fabulous holiday.

Perfect holidays in a perfect place!

We have recently returned from this superb place. What a wonderful house and location, breathtaking views never bored us. House is just perfect, clean and has everything that's needed. Contact with the owner was faultless. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you!

Secret hideaway far from any other tourists

From the first contact with Regina, the owners of this property were really helpful. It all sounds quite furtive to meet at the petrol station to drive in convoy to the house the first time but it would have been quite difficult without the 'escort'. The house is off a mountain road (not too far) and down a short unmade lane. A breathtaking view awaits you. It's quiet and peaceful yet Soller is only about 15 minutes away. The house is comfortable with air conditioning, working wifi (we have a teenage daughter) and great for relaxing. A car is essential. The pool is small but great to keep cool. We couldn't fault the comfort, a great base for touring the mountain villages and towns. The photos don't do it justice, it was much bigger then we realised with good outdoor space. Loved it!
