Luxurious villa located in the private residential community of Torrenueva in La Cala, Mijas.

The villa is only a short walk from all amenities including the newly finished (2014) Coastal Walkway which enables an easy amble into the centre of La Cala itself which is a lovely quiant village and well worth a visit.

The famous areas of Fuengirola , Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away, as are an array of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and marine spots. Granada, Ronda, Antequera and Malaga, among other places, attract many international visitors interested in Spain and Andalucia’s history, architecture and culture, and are easily accessible for day-trips.

The property is maintained to a very high standard. Our gardener maintains the pool and garden twice per week. There is Wifi Internet at the property and there is a printer for your use. There are UK TV Channels including BBC and ITV and Sky News.

About the Owner

The owners are a family from the UK with a long connection with Spain ( from the early 1970s) the property has been in the family since it was built. Prior to 2014 it has only been for their personal use. Their agent for the rental and the point-person for you during your stay is Stephen Willcocks. His property management business in Calahonda has been operating area since 1986

under the trading name CARIBASOL.

The owners have just had some major improvements made to the villa, 2014. New Kitchen, New bathrooms, New water and heating system(Solar/Gas). New furniture and glass curtains on the terraces.

Our Villa is very conveniently situated on a quiet residential area. The beach, restaurants, and bars etc are just a 5-7 minute walk form the property and now there is the added bonus of the Beach Walkway which will enable guests to walk into town much quicker. Marbella is Just a 15 minute Drive and Fuengirola just 10 minutes in the car. Malaga airport is just a 35 minute drive!!

The deposit is not an upper limit and you would be responsible above the amount of the deposit for damage caused willfully or by gross misuse of equipment or installations.

A non-refundable initial advance of 25% of the total rental is payable upon booking.The remainder of the rental is payable 8 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival; half of this amount is refunded in the event of cancellations provided it is at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; after which there are no refunds.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

From the Owner

The property combines a tranquil setting within walking distance of the beach , shops and other amenities. The main features of the house are its triple aspect living & dining area opening out to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool, plus at the front a delightful Spanish patio with fountain . The kitchen, bathrooms and hot water system were completely refurbished in late 2013.
