The living room overlooks a large and beautiful terrace with a sea view and magnificent panorama, equipped with a dining table and deckchairs. SOUTH exposure (awning and parasol)

The separate kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) opens onto a third terrace with table and chair and open views north exposure

This apartment is very well located for a beautiful seaside holiday, to enjoy the sea, Port Santa Lucia, all the shops, restaurants, bakery on the Port, the beach. It is 2 steps from downtown and summer and night entertainment The car park and garage are closed and secure.

nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une résidence avec piscine et en face de la plage, la ville est proche et nous avons pu aller nous promener tous les soirs à pieds.
