This two bedroom air-conditioned apartment accommodates 4-5 people and has a lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is air-conditioning situated in both of the bedrooms and the living room, which can be used as heating in the winter or to keep the apartment cool in the summer. Linen is provided along with hand and tea towels. A parking space is also available upon request. As the apartment is situated on the 9th floor, the balcony overlooks the swimming pool area and enjoys stunning views of the beach and the coastline. The lively and attractive fishing-port is a couple of minutes stroll away. Calpe town centre is approximately 3 minutes drive away or a pleasant stroll along the promenade. The apartment is approximately one hour's drive north of Alicante.

This beautifully furnished apartment is situated on the front-line of the Playa de Levante beach. As it is located on the 9th floor of the building it offers stunning views across the sea. The apartment can cater for 2-3 persons and consists of lounge/dining room with open kitchen. Bathroom/WC. Balcony. Linen is provided and a limited number of towels. There is air-conditioning situated in the bedroom and the living room, which can be used as heating in the winter or to keep the apartment cool in the summer. This apartment is located within a very short distance of Calpe town centre. There are also many popular restaurants and bars along the seafront to choose from. Calpe is approximately one hour's drive north of Alicante - you can reserve the parking space upon request.

Appartement vieillot, sans prestations comme cité dans l'annonce: pas de cafetière, il a fallu qu'on en achète une. Pas de serviettes non plus (ni de bain, ni de plage), juste des petites serviette comme dit la propriétaires, ce sont des serviettes à thé!!! Cuisine pas équipée, et pas d'espace pour préparer à manger, ça se passe sur la plaque de cuisson qui est collée à l'évier. Certes l'appartement est en bord de mer avec une très belle vue, mais juste à coté, vous avez des boites de nuit jusqu'au matin et malgré les doubles vitrage, on entend.

Calpe was once a small fishing port which has now become a major resort with a number of restaurants very close to the apartment. It also boasts of beautiful golden sandy beaches for those wishing to relax and take in the sun. For the more adventurous tourist there is a wide variety of activities within Calpe and the surrounding areas such as a huge range of water sports, many water parks and theme parks particularly in Benidorm, quad bike, buggy and jet ski rentals, scuba diving, tennis and badminton, horse riding, cycling and bike rental, climbing and walking excursions, health and beauty spas, kids clubs, golf and much more. Alicante boasts of a beautiful boulevard and pleasant shopping street and is one of the most well-known towns on the Costa Blanca. The coast of Alicante and the Costa Blanca owes its name to the beaches stretching for miles and attracts those wishing to relax in the sun. There is also an airport situated within Alicante with many flights to and from the UK.

We have a secure parking space located at the apartment block opposite to ours. It is available upon request at a weekly rate of £18 during the winter months and £23 during the summer months.

We must keep Saturday as the changeover day particularly during the peak season, however I may be able to waiver this during the winter months, so please do enquire.

25% deposit upon booking with the balance due 6 weeks in advance of the booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
