We had a wonderful time at the house in Barbatre. Initial problem with the washing machine but this was rectified after a few days. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and with added storage space in the garage for bikes, chairs etc. We would have a few recommendations to improve the home. 1. the freezer door needs a bracket fixing to allow ease for opening as rather awkward 2. both showers tend to flood. downstairs water doesn't drain away sufficiently and upstairs the strip is damaged. 3. the double doors to outside the catch could be dangerous for children. We taped it up for safety. 4. An expense but artificial turf would make the back garden more presentable 5. Written guide of when to put out the rubbish and recycling Thank you for a lovely stay and to Estelle for her assistance

Maison pas en rapport avec les photos

Maison bien située, grande, sécurisée, très mal entretenue, j'ai du faire les sols, des poils d'animaux du précédent locataire, douche de l'étage bouchée par les cheveux et terrain en friche, et barbecue inutilisable car percé.

Séjour à Barbâtre

Accueil chaleureux et plaisant de la part d’Estelle, en charge de la location. Environnement très calme avec la plage à 800m à pieds : parfait. Néanmoins, bémol sur la maison qui a dû être charmante. Mais que font les anciens locataires ??? Pas un mur ne doit être repeint, entre des morceaux de plâtre en moins et ses insectes écrasés au mur comme au plafond, des finitions à reprendre : dommage pour le prix de la location qui se veut quelque peu élitiste.
