This luxury villa is set in the exclusive and beautiful area of Benimeit. It is a private holiday home; much treasured by the owners and has recently been refurnished to a very high standard. The villa is excellent value compared to rates charged for other properties of this size and offers many facilities and stunning views of Moraira Valley and the sea.

A spacious south facing two storey hillside villa, with a luxury eight seater Jacuzzi and enjoys the sun all day. The floor size is 173.3m2.

The villa sleeps a total 8 people in four bedrooms. Three bathrooms. There is a new kitchen and a recently refurnished sitting room, leading to a separate dining room and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two terraces, the lower terrace being exceptionally large. The villa also offers WIFI – a full Sky TV package in the main lounge, there is also a second lounge located on the lower level which also offers Sky TV and DVD/CD this is ideal for children.

The villa is eight minutes from the beautiful town of Moraira the beach, marina and restaurants etc.

The layout of this villa also offers an ideal holiday property for a couple of families and or a group of friends as well as being ideal for a couple on their own.

The villa has four bedrooms, one master suite comprising of a king-sized bed, TV and a large en-suite bathroom - one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite large shower rooms). The villa can sleep up to eight people. The upper level living area and master suite can be likened to a penthouse apartment ideal accommodation for a couple.

The Upper Level - master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom – fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, lots of utensils, crockery, glasses etc.

The large sitting room has two settees and a recliner chair, the fireplace has an electric log burner, Sky TV, WIFI, DVD/CD and HIFI. The separate dining room is light and airy and can seat up to eight people and leads onto the upper terrace with patio table and chairs, sun shade and a gas BBQ and of course stunning views of Moraira etc.

Stairs lead to the lower level comprising of one large twin bedded room which enjoys a large en-suite shower room and a walk in wardrobe, one double bedroom and one twin bedded room which share a large shower room and toilet.

There is also a second sitting room with a two seater and three seater settee and recliner chair, TV, DVD/CD, and a second Sky package. Good for computer games consoles (please bring your own); there is also a large library of books, board games, cards and jigsaws.

A built in washing machine and ironing facilities are located on this level.This level leads to a very large tiled terrace with an eight person Jacuzzi/spa, plus good quality sun loungers and a table and chairs, a shaded area and a selection of interesting pot plants and of course stunning views of Moraira, the town, valley and the sea.

SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON THE TERRACES ONLY

Pets - one small dog etc., allowed at the owner’s discretion.

There is a large communal swimming pool and gardens with sun beds etc. It is rarely busy even in the high season.

Villa Panoramica

A perfect villa for two families with an en suite bedroom on a separate floor from the other three bedrooms.Clean and well equipped. Any queries were promptly dealt with by Ray and we had absolutely no complaints. We were very lucky with the weather but there was plenty to do even if it had not been fine. The grandchildren loved Terra Mitica (ages 3 and 7) and went two days running.

Exactly as described ..

This is probably one of the only places I've stayed where the photos and description are 100% accurate.

Excellent communication from Coral beforehand and during our stay. A couple of minor issues were very quickly resolved..

This villa would be very suitable for 2 families with the layout of the bedrooms and a second lounge..

Everywhere was very clean.. Added bonus of insect screens on the windows.. We knew the villa didn't have air conditioning and as it was unusually very humid during our stay this was a challenge but after a couple of days we acclimatised..

I did note that a previous review had mentioned the car parking space..on first glance it does look small but reverse into it and it's more than adequate..

This villa is good value with spectacular views, nice neighbourhood and I wouldn't hesitate to return..

(Air conditioning would make it more than perfect though). But by opening the windows does create a more than adequate breeze.. Many thank coral for everything..

Owner's Response: Thank you for your positive review. I am really pleased you enjoyed the villa and everything it has to offer which is a great deal. We hope to hear from you again in the not to distant future about future holidays. Regarding your comment about air conditioning. I would like to make the general following points. This villa is very good value for money. Air conditioning is expensive to install so the price would have to go up or be charged as an extra. We are aware that everyone leaves it on 24/7 in villas where it is installed regardless of them being in or out of the property which is a waste of money. They also leave doors and windows open which renders it useless. It takes 5 minutes to cool a room down once it is turned on. There are then the health issues. For people with chest problems it can make them worse. It is not recommended for young children. There are very efficient ceiling fans installed in each room and over the years people have been more than happy with them. We have returning guests who come year after year during the summer and are happy to do so regardless of the fact it does not have air conditioning. The villa is on the hillside as you said so opening doors and windows is sufficient to keep it cool. Having said all that installation is being considered. If it is to be installed I will let you know. Kind regards

Fantastic Villa in beautiful Moraira

Fantastic Villa the photos are accurate, from the first call to Coral the property manager was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner,

The Villa was very clean something I normally worry about as I always end up buying cleaning products on some places I have stayed.

I did meet the cleaner Sylvia who lives nearby she is also very nice and did help with the internet connection.

there was only two of us that stayed there and it is huge did not use the bottom half at all it would be very comfortable if two families stayed together.

the villa has stunning views, but to get the views it is high up hills was a bit of a challenge when we first tried to find it! but after a couple of times going down to the local super market we got the hang of it, a car is essential we had a large car that was pain trying to park as the space is quite tight that was explained in the detailed notes that Coral provided but they did not have the right car for us at the airport so we ended up with a people carrier for two!!

I booked this villa for the area views and Jacuzzi as the pools in may are not warm enough to swim in.

we have never turned on a Jacuzzi before and did not realise it take about an hour to warm up we thought something was wrong so I called Coral and her husband came round straight away to explain it to us, it does have full instruction's inside the villa we were a bit stupid!

the area the villa is in is stunning the town is very clean and upmarket and the whole area of Moraira is stunning, it was the first time we have been to this location and cant wait to go back,

I could have not made a better choice

the villa is better equipped than my house with modern kitchen and more kitchen utensils that you would ever need all very clean and new,

the owner of this property keeps it to a very high standard and they are very lucky to have such a beautiful comfortable home hope to come back in the very near future

Owner's Response: Thank you for you very good review. We are delighted you enjoyed it so much. There are a couple of things I need to clarify. Parking. The owner of the villa has a large 4 x 4 and a twice yearly regular customers has a BMW X 5 both of which are parked next to the villa. The villa is approximately 7 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket and 10 minutes maximum into town. It is on the hillside but if it wasn't we wouldnot have magnificent views. I do give full detailed directlons on how to find the villa, supermarkets and the town. We hope to welcome you back in the not to far distant future to the villa and fantastic village of Moraira. Perfect holiday villa

The villa is slightly out of town but commands fantastic views of Moraira whilst being only a very short drive away. The property is very well maintained and equipped with everything that you will need. It is extremely spacious and would be big enough for two families. The terrace is huge and a great place to spend a lazy afternoon with a dip in the hot tub. The upstairs balcony has an outside dining table and barbecue which is perfect.

Ray & Coral are local and more than happy to help out with anything. We had a couple of minor things which needed attention and they were sorted without fuss.

All in all, a great holiday in a lovely place. We will definitely be back.

Furnishings and fitting first class

The library of books gave us plenty of choice as both myself and wife enjoy a relaxing read.

Jacuzzi on the terrace was fantastic both in the day and night with its fantastic views.

Coral's instructions to the Villa were really clear and she answered my questions promptly. The other information at the villa about the area and other resources proved to be a great help

I would have no hesitation in booking a villa thro this organisation and especially with Coral's help as I understand she has other properties under management.

A wonderful stay

We stayed at this gorgeous property in April 2011 and had a truly wonderful time. Villa Panoramica provided everything we could possibly need to make our stay relaxing and hassle free. With a teenager on board and a husband who needed to contact colleagues during the week, the Sky TV and Wi Fi was invaluable! Views over the Med and Moraira harbour spectacular. Pristine conditions throughout and v. tasteful decor. Loved the jacuzzi, as, although very sunny, not quite swimming weather.(20-23 degrees) Small parking space but adequate for a small car. Short drive to local supermarket and also Moraira township for wide variety of restaurants. Moraira very pretty. Great local seafood market at the harbourside. Our son completed a scuba dive course with a local PADI group, Mermaid Diving. Very good. Really liked the beaches at Calpe and walked in the National Park/ climbed the mountain on the peninsular at Calpe. (Note: Easy climb to the rangers station/ headquarters, but trickier climb the remainder.) Very worthwhile. The tourism office in Moraira is tricky to find. Perhaps directions could be provided in the notes. Couldn't find a visitors book, as would have liked to thank the owners etc.

Property manager for this property, Coral, was very diligent regarding bookings, responding to emails etc. A very reliable and pleasant lady, whose help and information was greatly appreciated. Her directions to the property were definitely required (!) and spot on.

All in all, excellent all round.

We bought this villa after we had visited friends on the complex. We fell in love with the view and the villa which is bigger than most average size properties with 4 bedrooms. It was ideal for us as we can close the door and leave. That being the case we have a lady who looks after all aspects of the villa for us. She will help you with any issues you may during and after your stay

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

Other Activities: International Go-Karting

Golf: Club Ifach is a 5 minute drive from the house. It is an 9 whole course. There are 8 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa. More information on request.
