About this property

Exceptional location for this 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the quays of Le Palais.

10 windows (tilt-and-turn double glazing) make this apartment very bright.
On a clear day, Houât and Hoëdic can be seen on the horizon.
The port and the citadel will be admired while the lock will open to the rhythm of the comings and goings of the various sailboats and other boats.

At 300 m from the landing stage, vacations without a car are perfectly possible, even recommended to fully enjoy this magical place.

Although the common areas are from the period (the building was built over a century ago), the apartment was renovated in June 2015 in order to maintain its authenticity: parquet floors, fireplaces, moldings and cornices while combining modern and obviously functional equipment.

The 62 m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2 people + a convertible sofa in the living room.

Rentals are made from Saturday to Saturday preferably, but we will be flexible regarding your arrival and departure dates.

Vacation time: end of stay cleaning and supply of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) are included in the price.
Tenants also have free Wi Fi and a 100 cm HD TV with DVD / Blu Ray player. 2 VTC bikes are also available.
All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy!

A really magical place to stay

We chose this place because we wanted to be in the middle of the fun and bustle of the port. The view from the sitting room over the harbour and out to sea is truly spectacular. Watching the boats come in and out was pure pleasure. It's so light and airy, and the windows are so big, that we didn't miss having an outdoor space. All the rooms felt much larger than they looked on the listing. Everything was in good order, clean and tasteful. The kitchen was well enough equipped for simple cooking. Good shower. Master bed wonderfully big and comfortable. You're seconds away from everything you could need in the town. We took our drinks down and sat on the harbour wall every evening ... We hired electric bikes and explored the island every day, parking them overnight back at the hire shop for safety. Obviously, being so central, this isn't the right place if you're looking for 100pct tranquillity - you are right in the middle of things. This worked for us, but might not for everybody. Communication was excellent with the owner, and the lady based on the island who manages the property was exceptionally warm and helpful.

Superbe appartement, très bonne situation

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 10 jours dans cette appartement. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, bonne literie, décoré avec goût. Belle vue. Bon accueil de la part de Corinne, appel du propriétaire le 1er jour pour savoir si tout allait bien. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement, très lumineux, plein de charme, avec une vue magnifique. au coeur du port. Quel plaisir ! Hôte très attentionné. A notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propre, son équipement parfait, notamment en cuisine, il ne manque rien. C'est très agréable. On sent que tout est fait pour que l'on passe un bon séjour.

L’appartement est en parfait état,joliment décoré et très agréable à vivre. Il est situé dans un quartier animé, très proche de l’embarcadère, des commerces et de la gare routière ce qui facilite tous les déplacements.
