Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely pool and a well-kept gardens

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and a well-kept garden, Hortensia is a restful village property. One of our best-located properties it is only a few minutes walk from Loggos and the wonderful Kipos, Kipiadi and Marmari beaches are all easily accessible through olive groves and down winding footpaths. There is even a bus stop over the road, so there is really no need for a hire car.

Hortensia is a delightful traditional Paxiot house, an oasis of peace with a fantastic garden full of exotic plants, vegetables and fruit trees, lovingly tended by the owner. The path leading to the house is especially pretty at night when lighting shows off the planters and urns.

A green and white striped canopy over the front of the house shades the terrace where there is a table and chairs for relaxed outside dining. Another terrace lies a few steps below, with a wonderful old olive tree casting shade over a fabulous curved stone seat. The main terrace has a kidney-shaped swimming pool next to a pergola with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a stone barbecue in the corner of the terrace.

Inside the house are three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6, which is ideal for a family or couples wanting to share with friends. The three bedrooms run off the corridor which leads into the living room and kitchen area. One double bedroom has a good sized ensuite shower room, including a sink with plenty of space to put toiletries. The second double has windows on two sides with views towards Koutsi windmill. It shares a shower room with the third twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
