Comfortable apartment in a beautiful location

The property is in a beautiful location with a lovely view from the patio, and is only 2 minutes walk from a pretty sandy beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding region. The apartment is in need of updating in places, but is comfortable and adequately equipped. It is quite difficult to find from the main street and I would advise getting very detailed directions in advance. The property is not recommended for non-Italian speakers. We did not have any main languages in common and had to communicate with quite some difficulty in broken schoolboy French. We were a bit surprised that nobody came by at all during our two week stay. Based on previous experiences we were expecting a change of towels and bed linen at some point during the fortnight.

Idéalement situé mais peu entretenu

La maison est très bien située, une petite crique à proximité calme. Parfait pour visiter Stintino et les plages alentours. Par contre, très difficile de trouver la maison quand nous sommes arrivés de nuit. Peu de précisions. Ensuite les matelas sont extrêmement fatigués. Le lit à étage est inutilisable car il n’y a pas de barrière à l’étage ! C’est honteux de louer à ce prix au regard du peu d’entretien de la maison. J’ai pris une décharge électrique en accrochant un collier au miroir éclairé de la salle de bain ! Sentiment que les propriétaires se font de l’argent sur le dos des touristes mais sans entretenir la location. C’est bien dommage car il y aurait tout pour faire de cet endroit un lieu parfait de vacances

Weekje strand in Stintino

Redelijk net huisje in Stintino. Een en ander is aan vervanging toe, maar uitzicht en locatie vergoeden heel veel! Strandje op 100 meter, alleen bezocht door 'locals'. Mooiste strand van Sardinie La Pelosa op 5 min rijden

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement certes un peu vieillissant (la literie a du vécu), est idéalement placé. Le calme règne et la vue est juste magnifique. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, on s’y sent très bien. Nous recommandons cette location.
