Three bedroom Granary sleeps 8 and 2 Bedroom cottage sleeps 4 - rural setting.

Nestled at the foot of Glen Isla, a beautiful secluded retreat close to wildlife, yet in reach of Glamis Castle and Scone Palace. Incheoch farm offers two lovely properties - The Granary sleeps 8 and is a stunning large airy barn conversion with lots of light, and enclosed patio and games barn and Incheoch Cottage a traditional stone cottage (semi-detached) which sleeps four with it's own enclosed garden. Incheoch Farm is nestled at the foot of Glen Isla in rolling country; there are 1200 acres of farmland to explore with RSPB field maps for bird spotters, and an abundance of wildlife including ospreys, beavers, red squirrels and deer. A beautiful secluded retreat yet within easy reach of amenities. The nearest golf course is 3 miles; there are six golf courses within a 10-mile radius. The nearest village, Alyth, is 3 miles. Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are nearby. Glenshee ski slopes are 15 miles. The farm is set on the Cateran Trail, a 64-mile walk. Farm shop with cafe ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

A unique barn conversion with spacious rooms, enjoying panoramic countryside views. Finished to a very high standard, this holiday property is fabulously comfortable.

Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a borehole. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm, sheep country). No smoking.

Incheoch Cottage -

A traditional stone cottage with amazing views, in glenisla, perthshire.

Set in 1200 acres of farmland it is the perfect rural retreat. The exterior wood pellet burner keeps the whole house cosy with an additional wood burning stove in the sitting room. An enclosed large garden gives a perfect safe area for children and pets.The views from the cottage are stunning with walks on your doorstop to view the wildlife or spot birds with our rspb maps of the farm, osprey nest close by as well as red squirrels and red deer.

There are four golf courses within 6 miles, fly fishing 1.5 miles, skiing 10 miles, horse riding 5 miles and the cateran trail runs through the farm, this has a special geo-trail were medals can be collected (geo-caching). Breaks are normally saturday to saturday or 3 – 4 night short breaks. Shopping, cooked meals, beauty therapist and baby sitter can be arranged on request.

What makes this farmhouse unique

The Cottage has stunning views and is very peaceful, watch the roe deer and red squirrels from your window or bring binoculars to view our visiting Osprey. We have RSBP maps available for you to check up on the wildlife. Why not walk the Cateran trail which passes through our Farm. Lovely walks around the area coffee/farm shop only 2 miles away. Can be booked with our Granary which sleeps 8 giving accommodation for 12 in the same location.

This Cottage is well located near a beautiful Waterfall with stunning standards’. We were met with egg and milk on arrival and the owner is really friendly and obliging.

The place is modern and spotlessly clean and all modern amenities are there with working farm outside.

Had a gorgeous sunshine touching you through modern glass roof and large windows and local shops are close by as well.

Very friendly bookings with repeated checking and reassurance will recommend to any one looking for flawless holiday cottage.

The perfect place in the beautiful land. I will definitely be back

Our time at inchoech granary was Awesome as my grandchildren would say the standard was top notch everything up to a high standard it was so good we are going again next year taking the grandchildren to experience the working Farm & it's surroundings of Bonnie Scotland.

Warm, comfortable & welcoming

Was able to arrange a very last minute birthday break away & owners were very accommodating with our check in time (due to travelling a great distance). Very well stocked holiday property. Lovely & warm & welcoming. Plenty of games & DVDs to keep everyone entertained. Loved the train set!! Thank you

Fantastic Week with the Family

Fantastic property, well appointed in a beautiful location. The property is at the entrance of a working farm with minimal noise. Whilst we were staying the calves were being moved and made some noise but nothing you would not expect in the country. The property is well appointed, nicely decorated with plenty of space for the family.

Very pleasant house

We rented the villa for 4 adults and 4 children (2 to 9 years).

The environment was very much appreciated. The house was very clean and we were warm welcomed by Debbie.

The house is very well equipped especially for children with games, puzzles, DVD, Bicycle for 2 - 7 years (it's a pity that we did not find the pump to reinflate the tires), bed, Dishes and babychair. The house has 3 well equipped bathrooms.

During our week of holidays in Incheoch Granary, we especially sought to make activities that the children could like: Aquarium of St Andrews, dundee science center, swimming pool of Perth.

We also went to see the park of the deer with farm house and the cascade as well as the tank.

We visited the Glamis Castle: It's a pity that the visit was only in English. The park is very nice with games for the children.

Generally, in Scotland, the equipment for children are available everywhere: In the restaurants, colourings are provided and games are placed at the disposal. In the monuments to visite, there is generally parks of games in the vicinity. This is not also developed in France.

Lastly, we adored Highlands Games which we discovered in Aberfeldy.

We recommend this area and Incheoch farm to spend holidays.
