About this property

Located in a semi-residential area, the studio is perfectly suited for a course or long stay, tourist or professional. 15 min from the city center, beaches and swimming pools, and the entrance to the motorway serving the sub-region and the airport. On the 2nd floor of our villa where we live on the 1st, which allows us to listen to our guests 24 hours a day, while preserving their privacy, independent access. A generator of 21 KWA, 2 water reserves, a solar water heater coupled to the electric in case of lack of sunshine, internet and satellite bouquet to entertain or work, dinner offered in the evening to spend the best a pleasant moment. Many shops and bank nearby.

Very nice place to stay!

We have spent more than 1 week at this apartment and we liked it. The hosts (Silvie) speaks English and with her husband are always there to help and advice. The place is very clean and well equipped. The location is not a central one , if this is important to you. We experienced Internet/wifi problem during our stay, most of the time thevsignal was very weak and available only from one place at the balcony. Hosts tried their best to fix the problem, but it still didn't work. Other than that everything was very nice and pleasant. Also hosts have a restaurant downstairs called New Africa. This could be one of your best choice to eat , amazing cuisine, but prices are European, not African, yet it worth trying, really good and always full of people. They organize dancing classes there on Saturdays, so be aware of a loud music till 2am. I used earplugs, so it didn't disturb me. Breakfast is optional for additional cost, but we never tried it, as there is boulangerie nearby and a coffee /tea option inside the apparent. We also liked European style and approach to air b&b and the service in this place, which appeared to be safe and nice for me and my husband. Enjoy your trip to Senegal!

Cosy Apartment in a calm quarter of Dakar

Sacre Coeur 3 is a nice place for a short stay inDakar. The apartment is quite small, provides for the basic needs of a traveller, but lacks a comfortable sofa. Sylvie is a charming host and is always there when you need her. If you enjoy dancing, downstairs in their restaurant you can learn some new Latin moves and grooves. The hot water system is ecological. The water is heated by the sun during the day. The well equipped kitchen invites clients to cook. A nearby shop provides the basics. I personally find the place a little bit expensive, but I can recommend it as sunny, safe and clean. All in all a pleasant experience! Thank you, Sylvie!
