This recently renovated, authentic Spanish townhouse offers a perfect holiday base for family groups, friends, walkers and cyclists who want to enjoy the lovely atmosphere and countryside of north-west Mallorca. The house, with pool and large garden is in the old town of Soller and is just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque square. Soller is situated in a beautiful valley, famous for its orange and lemon groves and incredible views of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is a lively market town and there's no shortage of good restaurants, cafes and shops. The beautiful villages of Deia and Fornalutx are close by and for those who want something more active, the Tramuntana range offers an amazing challenge for walkers and cyclists. For beach-lovers, the family-friendly resort of Port Soller is just 3km away and can be reached on foot, by bike, car or on the old San-Franciscan tram. The house has four double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and two with a shared bathroom. One bedroom opens onto a gorgeous roof-terrace which overlooks the pool, garden and mountains. There's a grand entrada with sitting and dining areas, separate TV room and balcony, kitchen and laundry room. Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as twin rooms. The house has a private pool and large garden complete with loggia, shaded sitting and dining areas, BBQ and outdoor shower. The house comes complete with all the usual amenities including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, internet TV and DVD player.

We loved this house the moment we saw it. We love Mallorca and have been coming to the island and to the Soller valley for a number of years. For us the house offers a perfect combination of town centre living but a with a garden that's big enough to fool us into thinking we're in the countryside.

Unique, characterful and charming

The town has very narrow streets and on entering the house you are surprised by the spacious and tasteful interior which combines the old with the modern. In the rear there is an unexpected and beautiful garden with beautiful views of the hills. There is a pool and the adjoining walls are lit up at night adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

Stylish luxurious extremely comfortable townhouse

We loved our week here. The house is stunning - situated in a street a few minutes walk from the main square in Soller, but still manages to feel very private with great views of the surrounding mountains. Stylishly furnished and designed interior space throughout that would suit a stay in any season. En-suite bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Ours had a terrace outside that was a great place to watch the sun go down. The pool area is lovely. Kitchen very well equipped. The House Book that was emailed to us was a mine of information. The house manager was immediately helpful when we needed her on a couple of occasions.

Fabulous week with friends

We had a fabulous week with friends in Soller at this wonderful house.

The accommodation is very spacious and has been beautifully renovated yet retaining its original character and charm. We really enjoyed spending time at the house and in the garden relaxing by the pool with the wonderful views of the mountains. We enjoyed exploring the local area, walking in the mountains, visiting the beautiful historic city of Palma by train and sailing the local coastline . Soller and Port de Soller and great to visit for a drink and local food . We had a special week with special friends in a special place. We look forward to returning .

A slice of total luxury in Soller

A truly special house in walking distance to Soller. We booked a week for a family holiday and were extremely impressed by the modern design, large outdoor area with pool and kitchen facilities available. Plus very stylish bed & bathrooms! It was wonderful to be able to go the local market on a Saturday and prepare food for our family in the garden. It really felt like we lived in Soller rather than being on holiday! The perfect way to relax. Would highly recommend.
