Can Hans built in the s. XVII is fully restored and decorated with excellent taste. It is a 5 'walk from the medieval village of Castell d'Aro and 10' drive from the best beaches, golf courses (2), horse riding and all kinds of water sports. Tambén will find restaurants, bars with terraces where tapas and a large shopping area with the best brands. Walk 5 'have access to a supermarket, pharmacy and medical service.
The house is equipped with all the comforts, wi-fi, air conditioning in two bedrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc ... TV in all rooms. It has 3 double bedrooms one en suite and a single room and 2 bathrooms. But most of the property is the large garden of more than 5000m. and the large pool completely surrounded by nature, next to it there is a building with open kitchen, dining room and bathroom, also barbecue and several places to enjoy the panoramic views of the village and mountains. There are also several interesting music festivals in nearby towns and the Dali Museum and the city of Girona a few kilometers.

Review of Property

A historic and beautiful house set in a lovely location on the edge of Castell d’Aro. We thought the location was perfect, with easy access to local beaches, woodland and Girona. The pool area was really spacious and provided many amenities, while the surrounding garden areas are very pretty. The interior of the house is spacious, especially the bedrooms and annex room with en suite shower and is decorated to a good standard. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday here.

Beautiful location

We fell in love with this property over the two weeks. It is in an amazing location - just 5-10 minutes walk from the local town and a short car/taxi ride (taxis were very easy to organise) into Playa D’Aro. The actual property was a beautiful medieval rustic house with a large pool (up 20+steps from the house). The outside area by the pool is where we spent most of our time - with the BBQ and outdoor kitchen. The property is obviously is the owners well loved home and it was a privilege to stay there. There were some issues that need sorting, some areas that need a little TLC, but communication with the host was fast and efficient and we were happy with the responses. We would only add that the third double was more of put you up - albeit in the charming outhouse - more suited probably to teenagers/one adult. We would certainly recommend and revisit.

Relaxing holiday in a gorgeous setting

A traditional old stone property with a fantastic garden. The pool area is wonderful with stunning views, complete with an outdoor kitchen with dining area. There are also another two dining areas in the garden. Inside the house the kitchen has pantry items you can use, which makes cooking much easier. Both inside and outside kitchens are fully stocked with utensils. The village is a short walk and Platja d'Aro five minutes away by car. We really enjoyed our stay.

Belles vacances

Endroit calme et bien situé. Tout est à 5 à 10 min en voiture, plage, centre-ville, marché. Belle demeure et belle piscine. Tout était parfait

Le calme avant tout

La maison toute en pierre construite sur les rochers à un réel cachet. La maison est grande décorée façon ancien. La cuisine est bien équipée mais elle demande à être rafraîchi. Le lieu est magnifique et d'un grand calme. Seul l'âne d'à côté se fait entendre le matin, mais c'est des plus agréable. Le seul bémol a été la piscine. La cuisine extérieure à côté de la piscine a vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Nous avons étés gênés par la présence d'algues au fond de la piscine que nous avons découvert avec notre hôte à notre arrivée le samedi. La piscine a été nettoyée seulement le mardi après midi, 3 jours après les algues étaient de retour. Bien que nettoyer les mardi et vendredi les algues revenaient. Au final bien que n'ayant pas pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, nous avons été content de notre séjour. La maison est très belle, le coin au calme et proche à pied de toutes les commodités.
