NICE APARTMENT BUT AIR CONDITIONING REQUIRED

This apartment is nice enough. The living area is a good space but the bathroom and bedroom are tiny with very little space for clothes. While we were there, the weather wasn't great but the apartment was absolutely boiling no matter what the outside temperature was. There was a fan in the living room but unless you were standing right in front of it, it didn't really help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and I hardly slept the whole week. The fact that I was absolutely roasting didn't help. This apartment would probably be fine in May when the weather would be a lot cooler but not over the summer months. You would just collapse with the heat.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review and I am sorry the weather and climate wasn't to your liking for your visit. It is very difficult to get matress grading right to suit all guests requirements, we have tried our best with a medium firm matress with a topper when the beds are joined as a double. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom with shelves and hanging space, along with 2 bedside cabinets and drawers giving extra storage for clothes. The bathroom may not have a lot of space as we have installed a washing machine as most guests nowadays just take hand luggage for a short break. Re the fan, whenever we stay, we move the fan into the bedroom at night. I'm afraid the addition of air con would mean an increase in the rental price, we aim to provide clean, good value, well equipped budget accommodation for our guests.

Super apartment

Was very spacious. Lovely views from the balcony.

Had every thing you needed for a short stay.

Lovely living area, comfy sofa,comfortable beds,

Lots of bars and restaurants on the way down to front.

Clean apartment, washing machine, and hair dryer came in handy as we came hand luggage.

Would certainly stay in this apartment again.

Clean tidy, very quiet & relaxing environment well maintained & in a great location, great views.

The property was clean & tidy, had every thing required for a weeks relaxing holiday, could do with a new toaster as only one side of each side works. I would also recommend some DVD's to watch, as there is a DVD but no discs, TV channels are limited to 2 UK ones, but hey, your on holiday & it was a fab place, I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet week away.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, I will replace the toaster on my next visit, I added some dvd's to the apartment when I was there over Easter and will be taking out more on my next visit. There are plans to upgrade the tv system for the whole complex to include more English channels.

Really nice

Slept here for 3 nights in March 2016. Location: just a short walk from old town, with restaurants and small shops on the way. Pool was really nice, i think it was a little heated. Apartment was more spacious than I thought first, clean, with great facilities.

Good Location

Ideal base for a holiday in puerto del carmen. Only a 5 min walk to the harbour. Lots of nice restaurants and bars.

Nice Well located quite complex

I have stayed in a few apartments in this complex, as it is very well located within walking distance of everything and a very good supermarket on the grounds.

This apartment was okay for what I needed.however there are a few things that the owner might like to look at, the shower tray was blocked, I half freed it so you can get a few minutes in the shower. There were no English channels on the TV, there was a DVD player but no DVDs.A few kitchen utensils would be handy, example frying pan was too small, you could only fry for one parson at a time, was very hard to fry an egg with a fork, (fish slice needed).

Do not take this as a negative comment this is information for the owner.One weeks rent would sort a lot of these problems.I have stayed in better apartments in this complex for the same money. I would stay in this apartment again if these issues were dealt with.
