Beautiful luxury country villa located in the town of Alcudia, in a very quiet area and close to all the delights of this town. The villa consists of about 15,000 m2 of land with olive trees and beautiful gardens.

The house, recently built, is divided into two floors with a modern décor and sophisticated lines. On entering the house there is a spacious hall, where we can access the lounge, the dining room or go upstairs. The spacious lounge features a comfortable sofa, where you can enjoy a TV 50 ' with Sat, DVD and WIFI .

The living room also accede to the dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker , fridge, oven , microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you may need . There is also a comfortable table, where you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts.

Next to the kitchen is a spacious studio room that functions as a laundry room.

Downstairs there is a bedroom equipped with double bed and en suite shower.

The entire floor of the top floor is parquet and wooden beamed ceilings , which contrasts with the modern design of the rooms .

On this floor there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with single beds, fitted wardrobes and a wonderful bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed, a very large closet and a nice bathroom .

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and enjoys natural light.

The exterior with several terraces, swimming pool, jacuzzi and of course, a large area where taking a sunbath.

The terraces have spectacular views. One of them is a ideal place to relax at any time in a great sofa, the second consists of several seats and great to chat with friends or family, and the third equipped with a table for eight people where you can enjoy wonderful lunch and dinner outdoors.

To cool where better than in the pool, about 10x5 m2, and in the wonderful jacuzzi . And for sunbathing, has a deck area with teak wood floor. Before entering the house, you can take a shower installed in the bathroom by the pool .

You can be sure that this is the perfect house for your holidays.

ON ARRIVAL

The villa will be available from 16.00hrs the day of your arrival. Early arrival is not recommended since this is when general maintenance service is carried out. Anyway, if you are due to arrive earlier, you can contact us, and we'll suggest you places to go shopping, have some meal, or even arrange an earlier arrival time.

ON DEPARTURE

On your departure day you should leave the villa before 10.00 a.m. As you may understand, we must have it prepared for the next guests. However, if you have a later flight please don’t hesitate to contact us, since we can take care of your personal belongings. In case the property is not being occupied, we may also arrange a later check-out time.

INTERNET

WiFi free of charge is available for our guests, by meaning that you can bring your laptop and stay connected throughout your whole stay.

TELEVISION

The villa has a television with TDT (terrestrial digital television) and Astra satellite.

SAFETY

Our villa is completely fenced and totally safe for children. It also has security doors and safe vaults.

We recommend you, all your valuable belongings not to carry them with you to the beach.

It is also important to ensure you that all doors and windows are correctly locked the moment you leave.

CLEANING

The villa is equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and all the cleaning material that may be needed to maintain the villa.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher to save you time to enjoy your holidays.

You'll find the villa in clean conditions and provided with sheets and towels (please bring your own beach towels).

As far as possible we request you to keep the villa clean and tidy during your whole stay.

Rubbish should be placed in specific bags at the containers located at the road for this purpose.

WATER

The scarcity of water in Majorca is a fact that should make us feel conscious about it and try not to waste it, so we would appreciate if you had it in mind.

Majorca's water is suitable for cooking but it is not recommended to drink it.

Alcudia, a town located on the north east of Mallorca, is a splendid setting for nature lovers due to its 30 km-long Alcudia today, different zones and surroundings. Alcudia is today one of the most celebrated towns of Mallorca. It enjoys a privileged geographic location: it lies in the North-east of Mallorca, 54 km away from Palma, in a peninsula that separates the bays of Alcudia and Pollença.

In its more than 30 km of coastline are pretty beaches with fine sand, steep cliffs and secluded coves of great beauty. This heavenly place did not go unnoticed to the cultures that inhabited the east corner and whose legacy can be seen even today. The Alcudia of today is a calm place, equipped with the most modern infrastructures, inhabited by very diverse people and altogether build up a calm surrounding, ideal for resting.

GOLF ALCANADA

This Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed 18-hole golf course opened in 2003. Situated in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, Alcanada is located in Alcudia, right by the sea. The 6.499 meter long course blends naturally into the typical Mallorcan terrain. The name giving island with its lighthouse, just off the shore, can be seen from most of the holes. Apart from the splendid sea view, the players are surrounded by pine and olive groves. Even though a young course, Alcanada is already recognized by a number of well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest courses in Spain and Europe.
