John and Clodia Swasey are Belizeans but have lived in Dallas for over 20 years. We have two sons who absolutely love Belize. Going to Belize is the always fun and exciting for all of us.
Family is our biggest pleasure. We come from large families and always look forward to being home.
Marilyn, Clodia's sister helps with the House and she lives only a few minutes away from the Coconut Alley. She has travelled all over the world but have decided to make Belize her permanent home.

You will enjoy staying at Coconut, it is quiet, safe neighborhood, gated and only a few minutes from most places in town.
What makes this property unique
We have a rabbit that visits most nights, a cat the visit most nights and if you are lucky you will spot the Toucans on a tree at the back.
