Between land and sea, we welcome you to our house in an old typically Breton farmhouse and completely renovated.
The house in a light and warm style includes 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 people. The setting is green and calm and children can play freely.
The beach, 600m away, is also the starting point for discovering the coastline on either side of the Pointe de Mousterlin from where you can enjoy the different landscapes offered by the tide throughout the day.

Property was ok but lacked some basic facilities

We expected to have basic things like a kettle. Being required to keep the place clean basic cleaning materials were not provided We loved the quite location and the beautiful beach and it's surrounding countryside. The loan of bikes was very good and area ideal for biking and very flat. Communication with the owner was not easy, he advertised speaking English but did not.

Parfait

De nouveau un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété très proche d’une grande plage de sable. Un accueil chaleureux et discret, de belles promenades dans les environs, une ambiance paisible et silencieuse. Le jardin mis à disposition est ombragé ce qui était fort agréable avec la chaleur de ce début de juillet. La boulangerie est à 900 m. Bref un îlot de sérénité avec tout le nécessaire à proximité.

Calme et repos.

Séjour reposant. Mer à 10 min à pied. Plage familiale. Plein de balades pied et vélo dans les environs. Campagne, maison ancienne, isolé mais chaleureuse... Adeptes du carrelage gris : passez votre chemin.

Excellente situation géographique pour visiter

Logement spacieux mais avec une déco vieillissante et une petite cuisine. Une véranda et une terrasse pour les repas très agréables. Très proche d’autres habitations de la propriété mais sans vis à vis. Facile de se garer avec un jardin à disposition. Une très belle plage à pied. Très proche de Bénodet. Très calme. S’il vous manque quelque chose, n’hésitez pas à demander, propriétaire très serviable. Le coin est idéal pour des ballades à vélo.

Wie es sein sollte.....

Die Einrichtung ist zwar ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen", aber zweckmäßig. Jedenfalls wie beschrieben. Das perfekte Objekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Sehr nette Vermieter. Super Kommunikation.
