Spacious and very well appointed apartment in the lovely resort of Colonia Sant Jordi. Balcony and extensive rear terrace of 150 sq metres, 150 metres from the beach, pretty port and marina, shops, restaurants & bars. Three bedrooms, 1 king size bed and 2 with two twin beds each and wardrobes Bathroom and separate shower room, each with sink and WC. Spacious living/dining room and large balcony with table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, & toaster. Small utility room with washing machine. Iron & ironing board. TV with British channels, DVD and CD player. Very large rear terrace with sun beds, walled in for child safety. The resort is on a peninsula surrounded by pretty sandy beaches and small coves. There are regular bus services to Palma through Campos and Llucmajor and to other resorts.
The apartment does not have air conditioning but is very airy and no-one has been uncomfortable even in the hottest months.
The apartment is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. We will try to be flexible on this but cannot be guaranteed,
A great apartment in a great location in a great resort. We really enjoyed our fortnight in this apartment and can really recommend it. Marga and Peter were on hand if needed and everything you could need for a perfect holiday was provided. We will be back again. Thank you.

The apartment is very spacious spotlessly clean with good facilities
The beach is minutes away as is a good choice of restaurants & bars
Our favourite was the Cassia Beach House along with many more!
The town itself has a good mix of shops with two mini supermarkets close to the apartment
I would highly recommend the apartment & the resort good for a family or a group of friends we will be back again next year

Perfect for small children we hope to return with our grandson.

We booked this apartment for our grandchildren, and their children. We have an apartment a few doors away. We could not manage to accommodate them all, so booked Apartment Lindsay , for them. They were delighted with it, especially as it was so near the beach . With everything you could desire in a Holiday Home. Our Great Grand Children, love it too, so much so, that they have left their beach toys with us, as they wish to go there again next year.The restaurants, are very easy to walk to and they cater for small children. They visited The Marine Center, and are still talking about all they saw there. Marga and Peter were there to greet them, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you both...Their comments were " An amazing Holiday" Wish we were still there!
I read the reviews of previous visitors, and to be quite honest found them a little too good to be true - but they were true. we were met by Peter who showed us round and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the town. Our first time in Colonia Sant Jordi and it won't be the last! The town is very safe and clean and enough to keep us and the kids happy.
Now to the apartment, it is the best we have ever stayed in and had all the amenities we needed. First impressions (always so important) were great - it was spotless and well prepared, had English TV and all you needed for a great week. Peter left his telephone number and he and Marga were always on hand to deal with any questions we had.
The town was very quiet, but we noticed more people arriving as Easter approached, when we reluctantly had to leave.
We will be back soon for sure.
I am always a little nervous as to what to expect when booking an apartment, you never know whether it will live up to its description. Apartment Lindsay lived up to and went beyond. The managers Peter and Marga arranged a taxi from the airport, which delivered us to the apartment where Peter was waiting to welcome us. The apartment was just as described in the advert. Beautifully furnished with all amenities, even a couple of airbeds we could take to the beach, about 150 yards down the road.
Our first visit to Colonia Sant Jordi and we were not disappointed, a pleasant little town surrounded by great beaches and probably the safest place in the world. Some good restaurants and bars, not least of which was the white Horse, run by Peter and Marga where we enjoyed some great food.
We look forward to a return visit to this beautiful apartment next year.
The pretty resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi is on a peninsula surrounded by lovely beaches and has all the facilities you need for a great holiday including boating, wind surfing, fishing, paddle tennis and horse riding. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops yet without the hustle and bustle of some of the larger resorts. The apartment is by the main beach of Es Port and the lovely marina. There are plenty of boat trips available from the marina, especially snorkelling trips to the Island of Cabrera which is noted for its ecological importance in the Mediteranean. The pretty village of Ses Salines is only a few kilometres away and has some of the Islands best restaurants from seafood specialists, local & contemporary cuisine, to an Argentinian grill (fabulous steaks). The nearby beach of Es Trenc is the most beautiful and natural beach in Majorca. There are several golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
