Nice little apartment with lovely terrace
Great little apartment with big shared but very comfortable terrace and all the equipment you need for a nice holiday. I staid there for 2 weeks with my parents (so 3 adults) and my 2 little kids in Jun. We had a great time, also thanks to Luisa & Antonio, who were very helpful and welcoming (that included local wine and famous sweets:). They provided us with all we needed for little kids, even with beach towels. There is also washing machine, so you really don't need to pack up.
Apartment is not big but there is plenty of space to store all your luggage and we spent most of the time on terrace or sleeping, anyway. You can find all you need in kitchen for cooking and there is even grill on terrace you can use if buying some fresh fishes or seafood. Despite its central location, its very peaceful place as piazza in front of the apartment is used as parking place for locals. Yet you can reach main street with cafes, restaurants as well as harbour within just few minutes. There are few small local shops with groceries around, so we didn't even bother to go to supermarket. The church bells don't ring during siesta, they stop at 10:00pm and start at 8:00 so don't be afraid of church vicinity.
Local city beach is about five minute walk and during our stay it was basically free of people...For more spectacular beach and swimming, just head to Baia di Guidaloca, its 10 mins by car.
The best ice cream in town is just around the corner, just on the way to La Timpa restaurant that doesn't have only spectacular sea view but serves also great food and pizza, of course.
Great place, lovely people, would love to come again in future.
