We offer you, for your summer holidays, a contemporary house of 160 m² on a plot of 800 m² with swimming pool, year 2013, located in Seignosse in a new and quiet area. On the edge of the Landes Forest, you will be ideally located to enjoy our beautiful region. Available June July and August… with a capacity of 8 beds.

Ideally placed, it is located at:
- 5 km from the beaches accessible by a very developed network of cycle paths
- 10 min from Hossegor and Capbreton
- 30 min from Biarritz and 1 hour from Spain and the Mountains
- 1h45 from Bordeaux
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor is equipped with smoke detectors, in accordance with the new regulations in force R 129-12 R 129-15
We offer a large living room kitchen of 75m² air-conditioned and very bright and sunny with its 3 large windows, 2 of which are facing south opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool:
- Living room: sofa, 140cm 3D flat screen, with bouquet of channels, wifi,
- Living room: table for 10 people,
- Kitchen: fitted with a built-in fridge, Sauter induction hob and Bosch oven, dishwasher and Roblin extractor hood with remote motor (very quiet), microwave. Dishes and other cooking utensils are at your disposal.
A 22m² master suite comprising a bedroom with a 180 by 200 bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with a double walk-in shower and a washbasin.
WC and cellar with freezer, washing machine 10KG and a dryer are also on the ground floor.

UPSTAIRS
 The floor is equipped with smoke detectors, in accordance with the new regulations in force R 129-12 R 129-15

A WC, a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and 3 bedrooms are at your disposal:
- A north-facing bedroom, view of the Landes forest, with 2 single 90 by 190 beds, a large air-conditioned storage cupboard
- A 2nd bedroom facing east with a 140 by 190 bed, a large air-conditioned storage cupboard
- A 3rd bedroom facing east with a 140 by 190 bed, a large air-conditioned storage cupboard
- If necessary, baby equipment (high chair, travel cot and changing table with mattress) can be made available.
OUTSIDE
A large 150m² terrace awaits you to spend pleasant moments.
You will have a large swimming pool of 10m by 5m with its submerged motorized shutter (safety standard NF P90-308) facing south, 2 teak deckchairs and a teak garden furniture and its 8 chairs with their 2 umbrellas.
A ping-pong table and barbecue facilities await you.
The garden has an integrated and automatic watering system. The house is fully fenced and has an automatic sliding aluminum gate with remote control.
We take care of supplying you with all the bed linen and we provide you with a 2-hour mid-week cleaning service (which you can choose to decline).
You are responsible for bath towels and beach towels ...

The deposit is equal to the amount of your rental week and is not cashed.
