HONEYPOT COTTAGE has been totally renovated to an exceptional high standard of quality, great care and attention to details have been thought through to bring you a stunning holiday retreat that any family or couple is welcome to enjoy.

Located in a private no through avenue in Braunton Honeypot attracts peace and quiet whilst being perfectly located for a quick easy stroll into the surfing village with its variety of shops.

Parking for 2 cars on the private driveway and access to the semi detached cottage is found to the side of the property. FREE internet access and towels included.

Inside Honeypot

The downstairs space is an open plan living arrangement which has been cleverly thought out, including the modernized galley style kitchen, dining area on one side with seating for 4 and views through the French doors leading to the decked private rear garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, separate grill, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave combo along with the essential cooking accessories required in a self catering cottage. The lounge features an electric effect burner, large LCD TV with freebies, DVD player, unique ships wheel coffee table and dark coloured comfortable corner suite.

Downstairs there is an additional cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Upstairs in Honeypot

Both bedrooms in this property are very spacious and perfect for any young family or couples holidaying in North Devon.

Master bedroom overlooks the rear private garden and views towards the Braunton Burrows Dunes, sumptuous King size bed with wooden bedside tables and reading lamps. A beautiful floral aqua and gold featured wallpaper offers grown up sophisticated style. This room has plenty of storage space with the quad wooden wardrobe, matching chest of drawers and wall mounted mirror.

Twin bedroom has a funky and cheerful feature wall that guests of all ages are sure to enjoy, wooden beds with matching bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe and dressing table with wall mounted mirror. (beds can be made into a king upon request)

Family bathroom is certainly an attraction with the Jacuzzi spa bath for nights of total relaxation! This room benefits from a large corner shower, WC, washbasin, scales, laundry hamper and wall mounted mirror.
