Independent pavilion equipped with internet, on the second line of the beach in a private housing estate, access limited by a motorized portal with magnetic key and intercom. Access to the beach is via a wooden gate 50 m from the house without a crossing road, direct access to the housing estate. Accepted animals. Ideal for spa guests from October to March. Arrivals and departures on Sundays are possible on request. The period from October to March does not include the EDF and water, a meter reading is made on your arrival.

In detail: the 2 bedrooms have been repainted in white / blue. The bedding was changed in March 2017.
All joinery has been changed to white PVC.

Sehr schönes Ambiente.
Die Toilette ist etwas eng, aber das ist insgesamt gesehen unwesentlich. Der Garten mit seinen Bäumen ist ein herrlicher Schattenspender an heißen Tagen. Der Zugang zum Strand ist kurz.

CALME ET REPOS
Maison située dans une zone sécurisée, très calme, et parfaitement conforme à la description faite sur le site ABRITEL. Sa proximité avec la Mer, les Étangs, et bien d’autres lieux à visiter, nous ont permis de passer des vacances très agréables et reposantes. Nous remercions Sylvia et Benoit pour leur excellent accueil, et pour nous avoir confié leur Maison dans un État de propreté que nous avons rarement trouvé dans toutes les Locations que nous avons pu faire.

Nettes Häuschen mit kurzem Zugang zum Strand
Gerade für Familien, auch mit Hund, ist dieses Häuschen zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist sehr flach und auch das Wasser wird nicht sehr schnell tief, was den Kindern zum Spielen direkt am Meer sehr entgegen kommt. Bilder vom Bad und WC, welche wirklich nicht gerade groß sind, wären fair.
