Welcome to Calypso's premiere rental unit, our 14th floor corner unit located in the prestigious Calypso resort, offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The Calypso property has 2 outdoor pools, a pool bar, and fitness center. After a day at the beach, you are only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park, the biggest outdoor shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, recreation activities, movie theatre, "wheel eye", and more…

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park.

Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, blender, and Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable. Condo also includes full size washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen over queen bunk bed and private bathroom and tv. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 14th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters. Sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunrises, sunsets as you listen to the waves crashing in and smell the salt air! You will not find another Condo or view this perfect. Parking: Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10, 2024 the parking cost is $50 per car per stay, with second car being $100.

Absoutely Stunning. What a way to finish 2022

We absolutely loved 1401. It had everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable, and new and nice furnishings. The views were simply awe inspiring. Everything was easy, and renting with Warren Beach Rentals was a great experience.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Best Turkey Day EVER.. Making this an annual trip, loved 1401 East. It was stunning. Had everything we needed and the weather was 73 and sunny all week. Thank you to Mitch and his crew at Warren Beach Rentals for putting us in this condo. They said it was one of the nicest on his site and man was he on point. Rent this one like a boss, with absolute confidence!

Beautiful location

It is a beautiful family friendly location.There were a few things that weren't cleaned all that well and the building had multiple maintenance issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Overall we had a great stay.
