4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom With Breathtaking, Uninterrupted Views Of The Waterways.

Our aim is to make our property a luxurious place to stay that people will want to return to time and time again. We have tried to equip it with top of the range fixtures and fittings, modern, state of the art, furniture and exquisite bed linen and towels. This air conditioned, four bedroomed house is uniquely situated just a 15 minute stroll to the beach commanding a stunning view across the uninterrupted vista of the waterways. It is beautifully furnished throughout, offering an open and inviting floor plan. The large kitchen is well equipped with all brand new crockery, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. It has enormous counter space and is ideal for those who enjoy a good cooking environment. In addition to the 8 seater attractive glass dining room table, there are 4 adjacent breakfast counter stools. The living space has a large, extremely comfortable L shaped leather sofa which overlooks both the amazing view and the 55 inch cable Smart TV served by Comcast Xfinity. The large sliding doors open to bring the outside in. Two master bedrooms, both with king beds and en suite, overlook the breathtaking views of the water and also have flat screen cable TVs for your entertainment. The other two bedrooms boast a queen sized bed and twin beds. The twin bedded room also has the view of the water. Our home has 3 bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is ample storage space throughout the house.

There is a very good sized pool, with a separate hot spa from which you can enjoy the spectacular view. Heating the pool and spa is included free of charge. The pool area is complete with tables and seating for 10 people with chairs and sun loungers for all. The home comes equipped with everything you would need for an amazing vacation. In addition to the 55 inch Smart TV in the living room, there is wifi throughout the house, a Sonos sound system, several bikes (with helmets) for your use as well as beach chairs and a Weber gas BBQ for you to show off your culinary skills!!

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! When we first came to Marco, we fell in love with the Island - we loved it so much that we bought a house here. A house that has some of the best views on the island, is in prime location for shops and restaurants, and is only a few minutes walk to the beach (even less if you cycle!).

A magical place.

A return visit to a magical place,teeming with wildlife.

We loved the boat trip Dolphin Watch and the waterfront bar Snooks Inn. Don't miss a visit to the museum for a fascinating view of the recent history of the development of Marco.

Perfect home for multi-family vacation

The house was extraordinary and is perfect for 2-3 couples, or a larger family! The pictures closely depict what you'll be stepping into. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, plates, silverware etc. We cooked several meals during our stay. There are several bicycles in a variety of sizes to enjoy. The pool is lovely, and we enjoyed the hot tub in early January. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is extremely comfortable. Carole and Marco Island Vacations were easy to work with, and answered all of my questions promptly. Carole provides a detailed guide on their house and what to do near Marco Island. While we were there, we bicycling around the island which was an afternoon adventure, went to the nearest beach near the Marriott which is a 20-30 minute walk or a 10-12 minute bike ride, and enjoyed the sun by the pool & dock. One day we drove to Everglade City and took an airboat ride which was really fun. Along the drive you'll see plenty of alligators sunning themselves. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Best VRBO in Marco Island!

Best Marco Island vacation home ever! We have been coming to Marco Island for 3 years. Each year we have stayed in a VRBO house. And each year we try a new one. This is the first time we will go out of our way to get into the same house next year. The pictures are good, but the actual house is even better – how many times does that happen? The owners have thought of everything to make a stay something to remember, enjoyable, and with unique ways to stay entertained:

• The furniture is updated, and very comfortable (best beds/pillows/couch);

• There are games for kids and adults (Clue was my kids’ favorite);

• There are books for reading;

• The hot tub gets warm fast;

• There are many QUALITY fluffy towels for beach, pool, and bathroom use;

• The pool deck and dock have comfortable, numerous seating areas;

• The dock is special – it is lit at night, and we saw stingrays, dolphins, sea turtles, and other fish/sea life from the dock each day;

• The art in the house is fantastic;

• The internet is wireless and fast;

• The televisions (not that you will want to turn one on) are flat screen with great pictures;

• There are indoor and outdoor dishes and cups;

• The bikes are updated and there are 9 (for $50 you can also rent a child bike trailer from Island Bike Rentals for a week – and we were able to all ride bikes and carry everything to the beach – no driving needed)!

• There are kayaks for use in the canals (with lifejackets);

• There are pool floats and noodles that are in good shape; and

• There are beach activities/a cooler/beach chairs for those trips to the ocean.

The owners have just done a great job stocking the house with everything a family needs to have a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Amazing Time With the Family

This rental house was amazing. There isn't one thing that the owners didn't think of that would have made our stay even more complete. The house on line looks exactly like it when you walk in the front door. Having your own pool made it perfect. The dophins coming up the dock completed our stay. Every night we went on the dock and talked, sometimes even played a bd. game.

There was a time that the internet went out due to a router and they came one day to pick it up and on Sunday set it up again. If there was a question it was answered immediately.

The house was very clean and well equipped. We left a detailed agenda and numbers for what we did when we were there for the next renters, even were to eat.

You won't be sorry. We can't wait to come again.

Wonderful Vacation for All

What a great house in such a great location. Nice open view and great canal access for boats. There were 5 adults and a 6 year old in our party. We couldn't keep my nephew out of the heated pool. We rented a pontoon boat for 3 days and it was great walking right out to it and taking off. The owners also put an LED light in the water off the dock and you could see tons of different different fish at night. The house was exactly like it looks in the pictures. Modern and clean. We had one night where it rained and we opened the sliding glass wall for a indoor/outdoor vibe. Phenomenal. There are many bikes with helmets and baskets. The quick 5 minute bike ride to the beach was a breeze even with a beach chair on my back. There are also these super cute little burrowing owls on a couple of vacant lots in the neighborhood. That was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this home for a great time!!

Great Home on Marco

We go to Marco every year and this was our first time staying at this home. The home was very accommodating for kids and adults. We had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, and there was even tools in the garage if needed. The bikes and kayaks were a plus. We kayaked to the Esplanade shops or rode bikes to breakfast/Starbucks every morning. Its also a short bike ride to the beach. The only downside for us was the fourth bedroom, which is a den off of the living room. You can hear any noise from the living room or kitchen from this room, but it would be fine for someone who wakes up early. That was really the only downside, every thing else worked out very well. We will likely rent this home again next year.
