This is where you will also find the famous Fig Tree Bay beach which has recently been voted one of the “Top 10 Beaches in Europe”.  It is blessed with soft golden sands that are met by the warm crystal waters of the Mediterranean, being clearly defined as “THE PLACE” to spend valuable leisure time in a beautiful environment. The villa itself offers superior accommodation for couples, extended families, or friends who wish to remain together to celebrate a special occasion. Notes:
Fully equipped kitchen for those who like to self cater. Utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided. Comfortable modern furnishings in lounge with TV and international satellite channels and unlimited WIFI. The 8 x 4 metres swimming pool is private therefore no life guard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. For your alfresco dining there is use of a BBQ accompanied by dining furniture. The pool is cleaned twice per week by a CPO certified technician and is included in the rental price. The property has remote control air conditioning throughout to ensure your stay is comfortable. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own. A health and safety pack is provided for your safety.

Luxury villa in the heart of Protaras

The property was a true home from home. The villa was spaciosus enough and the pool area was a particular favourite. The traffic noise is noticeable at first but you soon get used to it. The style of the villa is modern and in keeping with exactly what we were looking for. The location of the villa is easily walkable into the centre of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay. Lastly the service provided by Keyshore property rentals especially on the day we checked out was first class. I truly would recommend booking this Villa through them.

Perfect Villa for our holiday

It's my 3rd time to Protaras and my first in this villa and I must say I wasn't disappointed! We rented this villa as a family of 4 and there was more than enough room for us. The location was ideal as it was easy to access the main strip and all localities within 5/10 minutes. The villa was tidy on arrival and the pool was cleaned frequently. The pool area is in the sun all day which was perfect for the days you want to sunbathe in the privacy of your own area and not go to the beach. I would definitely return to this villa!

Superb property in fantastic location

The property was modern and clean. Very good facilities and everything in working order. Room for 8 people comfortably. Contrary to other properties we have stayed in Cyprus this IS a 5 minute walk to Protaras strip and beach! We will definitely be returning to this villa

Lovely Property - Great Location

Lovely property in a very convenient location for loacl restaurants and beaches. Just along the road from a lovely little family run taverna and 5 min walk to Lidl. There is some traffic noise as it is close the the main rod but the other benefits outweigh this. Nice roof top terrace and a lovely pool. Some small niggles were quickly sorted out by the management company and the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Comfy beds too which is always a bonus in a holiday villa.

60.00 Euros of electricity is included in the rental price and should be more than sufficient for your stay providing air con units are used sensibly. 20% deposit is payable upon booking and the balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. 500.00 Euro damage deposit is requested 5 working days prior to the arrival date. This payment is pre authorised only which means the funds remain in your account as a blocked amount and is unblocked after your departure. Please note the balance payment will incur a small card charge.

The property offers a no smoking policy. Smoking is permitted outside the building only. No pets allowed
