Wonderful Family Sea Shore Apartment With 3 Double Bedrooms Privileged Situation

Beautiful seaside apartment with 3 bedrooms, south facing (sun all day) with amazing views of the sea and the beach, which is 30 meters away from the apartment and the coastal promenade (2km) of Torrox-Costa.

The climate of Torrox is known as “The best climate of Europe” with an average temperature of 18° degrees during the whole year.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with lift and it is 80 m2 in size approx.

It consist of, living room, full equip kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and all you could need), three bedrooms (main bedroom with a bed of 1.50 meters and two double bedrooms with beds of 0.90 meters), lovely bathroom with shower cubicle, two terraces with amazing views of the sea, beach and promenade.

The living room as well as the main bedroom have access to the main terrace where you can have a good breakfast or just have a glass of wine from Málaga watching an awesome sunset.

The apartment has installed a SAT TV with different languages.

Torrox is a lovely town where you can find wonderful corners among its characteristic white houses full of flowers and charm, good restaurants and a beautiful promenade with a familiar beach.

Torrox has for you a great number of choices about outdoor activities – hiking in the mountains, beaches, paint-ball, kayak, aquatic sports, horseback riding, cycling, paragliding, golf, tennis, etc.

Torrox is located very close from others towns with great tourist interest, like Cómpeta, Frigiliana or Nerja.

From the town of Torrox there are a lot of places you could visit. For example, Málaga City, where you will discover his awesome cathedral called “La Manquita”, Picasso Museum, the big fortress called “Alcazaba”, roman theatre and his delicious and wide gastronomy; Granada, where is located the famous Islamic palace called “Alhambra” which is the most visited tourist destination in Spain and declared as Cultural Heritage of Humanity. You will be able also to visit the mountain range “Sierra Nevada”, which offers you activities like hiking, cycling and skiing with 3.500 meters of snowed area. Córdoba, where you will be able to visit his wonderful and beautiful Mosque of Cordoba, also declared as Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Our family live in Torrox, therefore we would be available for our customers in whatever they may need.

The price includes the cleaning at the beginning and at the end of your stay, bed clothes and towels for a week for all guests, electricity and water consumption.

The payment of the booking has to be paid in the following way:

Payment in advance of the 30% of the total price to confirm the booking and the rest of the payment at your arrival at the house.

The apartment will be available from as 16:00 h p.m. the day of your arrival and it should be free before 10:00 h a.m. the day of your leaving.

About Nieves España Jiménez

Traditionally, Andalusian families, particularly families from the villa of Torrox, used to spend the winter or summer seasons in houses located in the countryside, normally known as "Cortijos", in order to gather olives or grapes between others fruits from the season. Consequently, almost each family in Torrox owned a house or "Cortijo" outside the village for this purpose. Our family has used this ancient tradition in Torrox in order to offer our customers a renewed version of "the Andalusian Cortijo" with the only aim of assuring your relax and enjoyment.

The first villa was built between the years 1985-1990, is the house that we called "Cortijo Del Monte". All the family contributed on building up the house, Mom, Dad and the kids, with the aim of enjoying weekends and holidays in the house... but only until the children grew up.

By chance, and coinciding with this time, a travel agent, who knew about our house, proposed us to rent the house; according to his opinion, the villa had all the optimal conditions to be offered as a house to rent. Consequently, we finally decided to rent it and since then our only goal is to offer the best service and comfort.

Afterwards, between the years 1998-2005, other villas were built up, as the ones called "Cortijo El Paraíso", "Cortijo Los Almendrales" and "Cortijo Del Sol". It is still a family business, Mom is responsible for cleaning inside the house and taking care of all the minimum details for keeping the charm inside home; on the other hand, Dad takes care of all exterior areas, as gardens, growing up trees and flowers, watering plants and cleaning and keeping the pool; and finally, the kids, that now are adults, particularly Carlos, is responsible for the design and diffusion of the villas in all the national and international websites.

Our only objective is to offer the best, so we do not scrimp on efforts or expenses to achieve that you finally enjoy the comfort, relax and charm of our villas.

Perfect location in Torrox-Costa

This apartment is the absolute best location in Torrox-Costa. The photo doesn't do it justice as the main balcony is much bigger than it looks in the photo, and the bedrooms look smaller than they are. Personally I think it could do without the dining room table as it just clutters up the living room and the TV can't be viewed from the sofa, but that's personal preference as we ate on the balcony or in restaurants. Antonio's mother, Nieves, greeted us and was lovely (though it's lucky that I speak fluent Spanish as she doesn't speak a word of English). In fact, all the communication I had with Antonio was first class - nothing was too much trouble. I would most certainly book again if I returned to Torrox and I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone else.

Great apartment right on the beach

Stayed at the apartment in early May & it was a great time of year to visit. Nice apartment right on the beach with great views & two balconys both with sea views. Plenary of restaurants within a few minutes walk & also 3 or 4 good size supermarkets within walking distance. Will be back again

We want to live here!

We've been renting in Torrox for the past 3 winters and this so far, is the best place we've rented!

This year we shared the apartment for 2 weeks with my sister and her husband and, since it's a 3 bedroom, we had more than enough room. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped but of course it's all about the views! Wow...2 balconies looking out to sea and down the promenade. By leaving the balcony doors open we were constantly treated to the sounds of the surf! We're now definitely spoiled!

Carlos and his parents were very responsive to our questions. We had one minor problem, the shower drain was clogged, and they came the next day and it was fixed immediately!

Thank you, Carlos and family, for making the end of our stay in Torrox Costa so memorable!

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

We stayed here for a week over Christmas and it was just perfect. The owner was very welcoming and the apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location overlooking the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Totally spoilt with two balconies with the most spectacular sunsets every evening.

We hope to return for another visit.

Wonderful sunsets!

A super five week stay in this comfortable apartment. Nothing too much trouble for the owners. Very comfortable beds. Happily recommend it to friends and family. Easy access to shops and a good market on a Monday. Lovely promenade and spoilt for choice with restaurants. A car is not essential as the bus service is very good.

excellant location

We have stayed in Torrex area many times and were very impressed with the location of this flat. The balconies were so nice to sit out and enjoy the views. The flat was well equiped and the double bed very comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The shower was a bit outdated but worked well enough. Would definately return.
