The last 800 metres are uphill and car is necessary; Being completely immersed in natural context of Mediterranean scrub and without neighbors, this house is ideal for those who love nature, walks, tranquility in a private context. Monte Argentario is an island promontory whose territory is completely different from the rest of the flat Tuscan coast.

Quiet place with amazing fantastic view on harbour.

Really quiet place on top of the hill with fantastic view on sea and harbour Porto Santo Stefano. You have to expect a lot of driving with car. Owner react and answering really quickly with kindness and politeness. Few problems he solved very fast. Only one negative is count of mosquitoes. They are everywhere throught the night and evening. Recommend spray repellents and electric repellents.

Fantastische Aussicht

Porto Santo Stefano ist ein wunderschönes Hafenstädtchen. Das türkis blaue Wasser, der kleine Hafen und ringsherum die Hauser in den Bergen - einfach wunderbar. Das Ferienhaus bieten ein traumhaften Blick genau auf den Hafen und das Meer. Das große Grundstück verteilt sich auf mehreren Ebenen und ist komplett eingezäunt. Unser Hund konnte so unbeaufsichtigt draußen rumlaufen. Das Haus haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Es bietet ordentlich Platz und ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet ( ein Toaster wäre noch gut gewesen). WLAN war bei uns leider sehr schwach, mobile Datennutzung war notwendig. Auch wenn das Haus mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet ist, muss man mit den Plagegeistern rechnen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gut möglich, dass wir wiederkommen.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!

Leider war das Objekt (Böden, Regale, Bettwäsche) nicht sauber und unordentlich. Fenster und Türen sind schwergängig und schließen nicht richtig, daher viele Mücken im Haus. Mit einem SUV kann man kaum parken. Die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt, der Garten unordentlich. Es standen angebrochene Essenpackungen und Getränke im Haus. Wir sind nach zwei Nächten wieder abgereist. Dieses Haus entspricht nicht dem üblichen Komfort und Standard der Region in dieser Preisklasse. Hier ist nichts mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet (z.B. Plastiktischdecke auf dem Esstisch). Aussicht und Gegend sind aber traumhaft!
