5 Bed Villa Set In Over 2 Acres With Private Pool And Olive Grove

Open plan living with sliding doors leading out on to a terrace with 270 degree views of the mountains and sea, and, a stunning 5m x 13m swimming pool . A fabulously equipped kitchen goes out onto a generous undercover terrace for dining which provides a brand new summer kitchen with double BBQ overlooking the boules pitch. This is a secure, private villa set behind a large wooden electric gate in over 5000m2 of land which boasts olive, fig, peach, apple, pear and array of citrus trees. The villa is comfortably presented using neutral tones for the décor, fresh white linens and modern furnishings. Totally quiet, with amazing views, but only minutes from lively Valbonne and ideal for exploring the Cote d'Azur, this is a super villa for a family and/or friends holiday.

Re-landscaping: This villa has had a fantastic exterior facelift, including a new summer kitchen which has views across to the Mediterranean, and provides a wonderful area to cook and socialise whilst playing a game of boules. The outdoor terraces have been re-landscaped to make the most of the amazing views and there is a sun terrace looking over the sea and Gorge du Loup with water feature below. Then as well as the terrace directly by the villa, there are steps leading down to the new 5m x 13m pool. This is a flat bottomed pool, with two infinity edges and a large, broad stepped, shallow entry area for toddlers to splash in, or adults to laze in. The pool house is opposite, providing a shaded area by the pool, and a great spot to watch the colours of the sun setting on the Gorge, with an open fire during the spring or autumn months.

Beautiful house in a great location

We stayed in this lovely home for four days in January. We used to live in Chateauneuf so we're quite familiar with the area. The house is large, modern and well equipped. I really liked that it was clean and uncluttered. The outdoor area is fantastic! While it was not swimming weather, we used the ping pong table, badminton and boules court. The sunrise from this property is spectacular.

The local manager, Izzy, is very friendly and a wonderful host.

We had a fairly serious maintenance problem while we were there that could not be fixed during our stay as it happened on a weekend (France!) The owner generously gave us a 10% refund for the inconvenience.

The only reason I give this four stars instead of five is that the reservation process and the time it took to get our deposit back was a little cumbersome. I think this is because the owners are new to the VRBO/Home Away system. Overall, I would highly recommend this beautiful villa, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful villa with the best pool ever. Family holiday with 2 children aged 6 and 9 - wonderful time. Villa very well appointed - and looked after by Izzy the local contact who was extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The perfect place for a famliy celebration!

We were looking for a place to "meet" in Europe and Nice turned out to be the best place for three couples flying in from different sides of the world.

We were very lucky to spend a wonderful week at this beautiful property, it was the perfect place for entertainment and more then large enough for everyone to find a quiet spot and enjoy the sun and pool. It is very well equipped and well taken care of by Izzy - we will cherish the memories..

Chemin des Colles is a quiet road in the exclusive residential area of Notre Dame de Brusc, named after it's stunning church. Located in the district of Chateauneuf, the villa is only a 2 minute drive / 25 minute walk from the stunning village of Valbonne, with it's wonderful market, shops, art studios and cloistered square, packed with restaurants. For those of an active nature, there is a super local tennis centre and over 9 excellent 18 hole golf courses within 15 mins. The closest of these, 1km away, is the championship course Golf de la Grande Bastide. Full details of all the courses are listed at the villa. In winter, a variety of skiing is available 45 - 90 minutes away.

Nice Airport is 30 km, the perfume town of Grasse just 10 minutes, Cannes 15 minutes and the beautiful sandy beaches of Theoule and La Napoule 30 minutes. Lac St Cassien, which children love, is also not far.

Seaview really is an extremely well positioned choice for a family and/or friends holiday.

Golf: There are 9 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Seaview, the closest being the championship Grand Bastide only 2 minutes away. Full details of the courses can be requested from the owner, including booking details and prices.

Ski: The family resort of Greolieres is a 50 minute drive away and great for a days skiing. Boot and ski rental is available there. Other larger resorts such as Auron, Limone and Isola 2000 can be reached within a couple of hours.

It is on the lower ground floor, has double doors opening to the outside with lemon and grapefruit shrubs. It also has en-suite shower facilities and it's own private basic kitchen, great if two families are sharing the villa to offer some privacy. Although there is the facility to sleep 12, I will only accept bookings for 10.
