This beautiful 100 year old finca with its wood beam roofs and shaded terraces is set in the woodlands just 2Km outside the bohemian village of San Jose where you will find most of what you may need, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

The main house has one large master bedroom with en suite shower room and a smaller bedroom with a separate shower room next door. Both rooms lead on to the large lounge area with chimney.

The kitchen is very spacious and has all the modern amenities, dish washer, washing machine. You can drink the water as it is from a natural well and filtered at the house by osmosis.

The guest house also has 2 bed rooms each with their own shower room is next to the small pool 7m x 3m and great chill out area. Attached to the main house is the original shaded terrace with a large table so that you can sit outside to enjoy your meals whilst over looking the garden.

There is also a sofa and 2 arm chairs under the terrace to lounge around during siesta time or on the other hand you could use the chill out which can comfortably seat 8 people and can be lit at night and over looks the swimming pool and back gardens.

Gated and paved car park with easy access for at least three cars.

Ibiza town and the airport are 15 mins drive away and the best beaches are just 10 mins by car.

Ruhige, originale ibizenkische Finca

Unsere Gruppe erlebt Jahr für Jahr tolle Ibiza-Trips, dennoch war dieser, mit dieser schönen Finca ein besonderer.

Wer den ibizenkischen Lebensstil mag, ist hier auf jeden Fall super aufgehoben...Die Lage ist einzigartig, erholsam und ruhig, aber nicht abgelegen...man erreicht die Hotspots in wenigen Minuten...

Der ibizenkische Stil der Finca überzeugt von der Einfahrt weg über das Haupt- und Gästehaus bishin zu den Kleinigkeiten. Ausgestattet ist die Finca wirklich sehr gut, auch in der Küche. Die Pflege der Anlage wird sehr sorgfältig und gründlich betrieben...

Für uns wäre es super gewesen, wenn eine Grillstelle (Gasgrill verfügbar) vorhanden gewesen wäre und die Musikanlage belastbarer gewesen wäre....aber das sind Kleinigkeiten und lediglich individuelle Wünsche...

Ein außerordentliches Lob an Pablo, der die Abwicklung der formalen Angelegenheiten sehr vertrauensvoll regelt und das Managment rund um die Finca sehr zuverlässig betreibt.

Alles in Allem ist der Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch. Auch bei ausnahmsweise schlechterem Wetter im Spätsommer, kann man sich auf der Finca super verweilen.

Einen Aufenthalt können wir nur empfehlen!

Absolutely stunning, spacious, beautiful, calming and Zen!

Secluded but gorgeous we loved this villa. Short drive to all of the action too so the best of both worlds. It is more beautiful than the pictures show, pool was fantastic for the 3 twelve year olds we had with us so don't let the size on the pictures put you off. Can't speak highly enough of it, it's just perfect!

Wundervolle Erholung an einem wundervollen Ort.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, ruhig und uneinsichtig gelegenen ibizenkischen Bauernhof war wieder ein voller Erfolg! Erholung und Ruhe pur, tolles, modernes Interior, herrlicher Poolbereich. Dennoch sehr zentral zu wunderschönen Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Wir freuen uns immer wieder zurück zu kommen.

WONDERFUL VILLA

Finding this villa is not easy - even by Ibiza standards, but once you crack the route you discover that despite enjoying a lovely sense of seclusion and privacy, you are actually just a 5 minute drive from the centre of San Josep, 15 min drive to the Airport and 20 minutes to Ibiza Old town. So long as you don't want sea views, this is possibly one of the best locations on the Island.

The villa itself has had a very clever, considered and successful recent renovation - giving every bedroom beautifully equipped en-suite bathroom, with excellent plumbing and lots of space. It is therefore the perfect villa for holidaying with friends.

The main house has a well equipped and efficient kitchen, a large lounge, Master Bedroom and a small twin bedroom, perfect for children. It also houses my very favourite thing about the whole place - a sound system that has independent volume controls in each and every room - not to mention outside! If you enjoy chilling in the sun listening to Ibiza tunes, this is definitely the place for you.

A few steps away from the main house is the guest house - which is absolutely perfect for visitors. The two large bedrooms can either be shared by a family with an internal joining door that can be left open or locked and separated, if being used by separate guests. Each bedroom also benefits from it's own front door, patio area and access to pool area.

The location of the guest house manages a wonderful balance of being close enough to the house and pool to ensure that a 'community feel' is maintained but being private and self contained enough to allow a quiet escape from the group if needed.

The only down side is that it is very hot in bedrooms at night. There is no air-conditioning and we didn't think to ask for fans but our villa manager assured us if he'd known, he'd have put fans in without any problem at all. And it should be said that this attitude was typical of Paul for whom nothing was too much and who always responded to our requests quickly, efficiently and with very good humour. He really was excellent and made a huge difference to our holiday - helping us out with a multitude of queries, translations and car hire arrangements - non of which he had any obligation to do.

So all in all, we couldn't recommend this villa highly enough and will definitely return again. We stayed for 3 weeks in July and had a multitude of guests come visit - all of whom were blown away by the place!

Grateful for the constructive criticism, there are now stand fans already in every room, and Roberto will be putting in roof fans this winter, I am so sorry you had to survive the hottest month recorded in Spanish history!!! Under normal conditions as you know these are great houses for maintaining the heat out in summer and warmth in winter. I will also be painting some nice blue rocks so that the house can be found without difficulty and a sign with the house name by the front gates as recommended. AMAZING - Planning our trip next year!

My only recommendation; hire a car - we didn't and we really wished we had! Also don't pay too much attention to the size of the pool in the images - this was our only concern before we arrived but it is a great size and stays in the direct sunlight until the sun sets.

The stay was so wonderful we have already decided we will be coming back next year!

Moderne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Das schönste Haus welches wir bisher gemietet hatte (wir hatten schon Häuser in Mallorca, Ibiza, Südfrankreich, Portugal und Schwende).Tolle moderne Ausstattung. Absolut sauber. Tolle Betten. Fantastisches Bad. Perfekte Raumaufteilung mit viel Platz. Eine herrliche Veranda und Sitzgelegenheiten beim Pool. Bequeme und moderne Liegen. Alles war in einem wirklich hervorragenden Zustand. Nichts war abgenutzt oder in irgend einer Weise zu beanstanden. Das Pool sieht war klein aus ist aber absolut ausreichend. Der Garten mit seine Kakteen war toll gepflegt. Es war ruhig. Es gibt Klimaanlage die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben, da es in Abends angenehm abgekühlt hat. Wir wurden obwohl wir erst spät Abends ankamen im Dorf abgeholt und von Paul zum Haus begleitet. In rund 5 Minuten ist man im Dorf mit allem was man braucht. Paul hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Ein Haus welches man nur empfehlen kann.
