Excellent apartment, very well equipped with everything you need. Excellent location. Toilet seat is broken and seals on shower doors are broken and need replacing to avoid having future problems. Otherwise everything perfect. Lovely helpful neighbours, Maria is no longer responsible, as she is to old and frail,.

Well located apt

Bassel,the owner was super responsive to any queries I had before arrival and whilst at the apt. He also returned my breakage deposit within a few hours of vacating the apt. He is ably assisted in Estepona by Maria who was waiting for us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The apt has clean lines and is simply but tastefully designed with everything thought of. (Large shower cubicle) and nice shower! Small balcony to eat and drink and watch and hear the locals go about their business and you do hear them!! although very hot until sun goes down unless you’re an early bird! ( in the summer) Parking was a problem near apt even nearby car park was completo. Had to park away and walk to apt. A minor hitch in a lovely town like Estapona with good cafes (missing my morning cafe con leche already) bodegas, restaurants and long sandy beach.

Lovely apartment in the centre of town

We arrived to find a clean, fresh, newly renovated apartment in a typical Spanish apartment block with everything we needed. The apartment is a few steps away from the centre will all of the cafes, bars and restaurants as well as being just a few hundred yards from the seafront. Bassell, the owner of the property, wasn't available but was in constant contact to make sure that our stay went as planned and was responsive whenever we had a question. We arrived vey late at night and asked to leave the apartment late as our flight was at midnight and he was happy to oblige. For anyone wanting to experience real Spanish living during your break with all amenities at hand in a comfortable apartment then this place is a must.

Close to the beautiful Orchid Botanical Garden just behind us and the many cafes and restaurants and boutique shopping in walking distance. The beach is only five minute walk away! You are in the center of the Old Town of Estepona!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful coastal town off of the Mediterranean! Great weather year-round. Only an hour away from Malaga International Airport. Only 30 minutes away from Gibraltar and the ferries to Morocco. This town has so much charm and has local mountains great for hiking and exploring. The town itself is very Charming and we are in the center of the Old Town!
