The home has a beautiful open floor plan with plenty of windows that fill the home with natural light. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen offers top-of-the-line Whirlpool stainless appliances; ample granite countertops with seating for five. A modern 4-seat dining table extends the dining space for everyone to have a seat at the table. The living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s, a DirectTVNow cable subscription and high-speed WIFI.

Outside: Relax and soak up South Florida’s sun on the beautiful back patio which features a 6-person outdoor dining set, 4 chaise lounge chairs with cushions under umbrellas and additional seating and table space. Take a dip in the refreshing heated pool, which offers colorful LED lighting for night swimming ($25 additional fee per night booked to have the pool heater turned on). Grill up your favorite meal on the Weber Series II gas grill with propane included.

How far is the beach?
5-10 minute walk.

Do you have beach chairs and beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs can be found in the garage or the side of the house. Beach towels will be found linen closet. We have a beach wagon filled with all beach essentials in the garage, already ready for you!

Do you need parking permit for the beach?
No. The beach is a quick walk from the house. Or we have a street legal golf cart you can rent per day to ride to the beach. There are usually plenty of parking spots available.

Is the pool heated?
Yes. It is set at 80* and will be heated for an additional cost.

Do you have pool towels and lounge chairs?
Yes. We have pool towels in the linen closet, and lounge chairs are outside by the pool.

Do you have a BBQ?
Yes with all the essentials, we have an extra propane tank on the side of the house as well.

Do we need to bring extra linens or towels?
No, the house has all the essentials and all extras can be found inside the linen closets.
Does the kitchen have all the essentials?
Yes. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including paper towels, dish soap and basic condiments and spices. Please replenish after use.

Does the bathroom have all the essentials?
Yes. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Rent directly through us request upon arrival or prior to stay to reserve, for guests only.

If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out.
Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera)

Amazing property

The house and property are as described but even better. Location is great. Michael was wonderful to work with, very responsive, helpful, friendly. Highly recommend reserving the yacht. Crew and boat were outstanding - highlight of our vacation!!

Gorgeous home

This home is exactly as the photos show. Spectacularly clean and modern. Great location and walkable to beach and local restaurants. Nicely appointed furnishings and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We especially loved the fitness equipment in the garage which the entire family used daily. All the supplies you need for a trip to the beach were available. Easily walkable to the beach or if you prefer to drive, parking is plentiful and right in front of the beach. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool was very clean as was the bbq/outdoor kitchen area. I would however, like to say that the listing and directions to the home were incorrect and we ended up going to the wrong house much to the surprise to the homeowner and my car full of family. The listing photos were accurate, however all the info including the Wi_fi information and door lock code were for a different home. Not sure how that happened but I did notify VRBO of the issue and they were receptive to exploring how this happened. Fortunately, the correct home was a street over so it turned out ok but a little disconcerting that VRBO did not catch the error. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

The perfect family vacation

This property was exactly what we were hoping for, and more! The home was well-appointed, clean, and the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Exterior grounds and pool were beautiful, and we enjoyed the views of the waterway. Our whole family agrees that our day on the yacht was the highlight of our trip!

Beautiful home, stunning views

We rented this home the last week of June and it did not disappoint! The waterway provided an array of entertainment from dolphins, to manatee’s who put on a show, to gorgeous boats and yachts! The house had everything you needed, we did attempt to fish several days and although we weren’t successful we had a lot of fun trying! The bikes were used on several occasions and the gym in the garage was a perfect way to start the day! The ocean wasn’t the most convenient to walk to, but there was a lot of seaweed so we opted to be in the pool most days. The house was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, Michael was super responsive and helpful, we had an amazing trip and this house met all of our expectations!
