Le Pigeonnier has no close neighbors, very beautiful open view of the countryside exclusively, which allows you to be perfectly peaceful, 2km from the shops.

The 11x5 m heated swimming pool is tiled, with a 110m² stone terrace and a magnificent view of the countryside.
Surrounded by 1.2 hectares of wooded land, the Pigeonnier can accommodate up to 17 people.

On the ground floor: 1 bedroom and its bathroom, 1 large open kitchen very well equipped, allowing meals to be prepared for all with a table 6 to 8 people, it overlooks the covered terrace with its very large garden table, its BBQ.
1 dining room that can accommodate 16 people seated, 1 very large living room with a giant screen (55-inch 3D TV) and with an American billiards space, a large Jotul wood stove.

Upstairs: 6 bedrooms each with their bathroom (bath or extra flat shower 120x80). The bedrooms are accessible by 2 separate staircases which guarantee their privacy: 3 bedrooms on the left (6 people) and 3 bedrooms on the right (9 people) separated by a very insulating partition. The roof is also very well insulated (trilate and wood) for great comfort.
The 7 bedrooms all have their private bathroom and high-end bedding (160 beds) promises comfortable nights with its new memory foam mattresses.

Le Pigeonnier is 2 km from the village of Pont St Mamet, with its tennis court: we have a subscription (included) for our guests, its mini-market: good bakery, pastry shop, grocery, tobacco, press, etc.
In the vicinity, many ponds for fishermen and many hiking trails at the foot of the house.
