Ideally located for parks

We are a family of 6. We’ve stayed in Windsor Palms before and find it ideally located for the Disney parks especially and the amenities on the nearby 192. The Villa was ideally sized and the pool area was great. The house is decorated in a somewhat dated fashion with mainly dark colours which is not to my taste, but in itself itself was clean in the main. One of the dining room chairs was a little broken and had to be handled with care. Unfortunately there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and some items of open foodstuffs in the pantry. The pool furniture could do with upgrading as one of the chairs was broken and I nearly fell through it. Someone going through the various pool toys and discarding those which are clearly broken/mouldy also wouldn’t go amiss. We were also disappointed to find a single wine glass (other than 2 plastic ones) on arrival. We contacted the owner who was apologetic and sorted some for us. Worth flagging up that for overseas visitors who perhaps don’t have a roaming data plan providing a phone number for the management company which has to be called or texted is prohibitive. An email address or some other way of contacting them using the house or outside Wi-Fi would be ideal. The lack of this meant I contacted the owner directly and I’m sure that’s what he pays the management company for. Despite there being a few issues we would happily return. It wasn’t the most expensive villa and I would say it was priced appropriately.

Lovely house, great location.

Great property located in a peaceful gated community. House was spacious & very well equipped. The pool was fantastic, really clean & kids were in it at every opportunity. It’s very convenient for the Disney Parks & there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home close to Disney

We had a great time staying in this Villa. It is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The pool and hot tub are great for relaxing in after long days at the parks and we enjoyed sitting outside having some evening meals. The children also loved playing in the games room. It is literally across the road from the clubhouse, where they also enjoyed the arcade, basketball court, playground and a swim in the communal pool. The pool bar is also reasonable priced. We had a couple of issues and the management company dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Communication with Scot throughout the booking was also excellent. Since our last stay at Windsor Palms they have built a huge Walmart a few minutes drive away, which is great for supplies and petrol. The proximity to the 192 with restaurants and the closeness to Disney is just great. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Orlando in a few years time.

Lovely spacious 1 floor property, well equipped and positioned for Disney. Great comms from owners.

Agree with all the other 5* reviews. Great property located in a very peaceful gated community (friendly guard always at the gate) close to Disney and restaurants, shops etc. Accommodation was clean and very well equipped, owners were good at communicating and very thoughtful, leaving a welcome basket and even gifts for the members of our group celebrating birthdays. What a generous touch which my 4 year old really appreciated! Only issue we had was the congestion on the roads around Disney and parking at Disney Springs (so busy) so nothing to do with the property, just something to factor in when visiting over Christmas holidays as we did. We didn’t use the pool but the kids really enjoyed the games room. We will be back as soon as we can! Thank-you Scot and Jill
