About this property

A bright apartment on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a splendid view over the city’s rooftops. The house is also accessible via elevator service.
It consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower cabin and 1 with bathtub), a large and bright open kitchen overlooking the dining room and lovely balcony with panoramic view, and a large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The living room also has 1 single sofa bed, and we can provide a cot for children under 4.

The apartment is located only a few steps from Campo San Maurizio, in the San Marco district. The area is full of cafes, restaurants, and elegant shops and boutiques. Nearby, you find Calle XXII Marzo, the city’s high-fashion shopping “avenue” with splendid boutiques and high-fashion brands. Continuing along this avenue, you reach Piazza San Marco.

The closest waterbus stop is Santa Maria del Giglio (Line 1) for easy and quick connections to all main attractions, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport.

Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri”. The district of San Marco embraces three important city venues and symbols: the Accademia Bridge, the Rialto Bridge, and the most famous Square in the world (as well as only one of the island), Piazza San Marco. A great holiday

A great location and exactly as described. Close to vaparetto, restaurants, pizza, ice cream and wonderful architecture. Apartment had everything we needed. Only 1 English speaking channel on TV that we found. Dishwasher tablets provided but needed to get washing machine powder. A/C was fine and only a few pesky mosquitoes.

Très agréable séjour. Situation idéale.

Appartement très bien situé, très calme et très propre. Le linge de toilette est fourni en quantité et très propre. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, par contre il manque des plats pour le four et il n'y a pas assez de casseroles. La décoration est soignée et chaleureuse. Merci à la personne qui nous a accueillis. Grande gentillesse. Ses conseils ont été utiles. Nous conseillerons à notre entourage une location par le biais de votre agence.

A comfortable, spacious , attractive place

The apartment was perfect in all aspects, the location, the spacious interior, so we'll equiped , spotless and comfortable. It was an attractive place with character and warmth and met all our needs. Our stay was successful due to the ease of the booking, the communication of the Red House and the meeting and key exchange once we had arrived in Venice. There was support when needed and local information was available. A real treat, a must to return.

Perfect location close to all "must see" sights.

Overall an excellent place to stay with aircon (essential in summer) and great facilities for families or couples. It was located in the heart of the historic centre and metres to the Grand Canal. Really enjoyed our stay here apart from some minor things like tripping the power each time we tried to use the toaster. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.
