The town house is situated on a quiet street in the heart of the old town. The street is facing a beautiful square on a street with restaurants which is leading to the main square. Only a few hundred meters to the town beach and less than 50 meters to shops, wine bars and restaurants.
This house is nice and cool in the summer days. Relax in the court yard where you can either find a sunny spot or a shady corner.
Ideal for families with small children.
The town house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and dining room with doors leading to the small but quaint court yard. On the first floor there is a bath room, a lounge, a master bedroom and a bedroom.
The town house is 87 m2 and is a restored century old building where there has been placed great emphasis in the choice of material and quality of craftsmanship.
The court yard is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or for late night drink – the perfect place to retreat when it feels like the small streets of Rovinj gets to busy in high season.
Not many places in Rovinj offers the opportunity to live right in the old town, in a new decorated town house with its own private court yard/garden.

We totally fell in love in Rovinj when first visiting. It has everything that we love. The beautiful blue clear sea, amazing dining, the cosy small cobbled streets. We simply love it!

Ideal location, great house, wonderful holiday!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. We are a family of four with 2 teenagers and found that this worked fine for us. Air conditioning was essential and very welcome on our return inside from the heat! It was very clean and well equipped...not that we cooked very much! Ideal location...close to harbour and lots of excellent restaurants, yet very quiet for sleeping. Aqua 2 restaurant on the harbour very reasonable, also Balbi was lovely. For a real treat go to Monte, which is very close to the Cathedral. This was more expensive but wonderful. You can also get a pizza big enough for 2 for £4 just in the square at the front of the house! Thank you to Peter and Louise and to Elim Agency who organised our taxi transfers...all went smoothly. All in all Rovinj was a magical place and we would definitely love to visit again.

Appartment Androna Leme 2: SUper location!
Ganz tolles Appartment, prima eingerichtet, sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr sauber.
Obwohl sehr zentral in Rovinjs Altstadt, doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Und trotzdem ist man, sobald man das Haus verlässt, direkt im Geschehen: Cafes, Restaurants, Läden, Hafen, alles da. Sehr zu empehlen!
Wonderful apartment, great location
The apartment is beautifully renovated, clean, and accurately described. We were 4 adults & 1 toddler. It was very comfortable for us, in the best location (close to everything but still in residential area, close to delicious pizza!). The owners gave great preparation and support. Rovinj is charming. Might need apt manager to show you to apt (as we did) as a bit confusing route upon first arrival. Would totally recommend and stay here again!!
Location, location, location!
The apartment turned out to be just as advertised -- stylishly decorated, well equipped, very clean and in a location that was convenient to everything, but still quiet at night for sleeping. We loved being able to access Rovinj's restaurants, cafes and beaches without having to use a car. Peter and Louise were very responsive and welcoming hosts, and the local agency (although a little tricky to find on the first day) was also accommodating. One minor quibble: There were multiple keys for accessing the building and apartment; it would be nice if they were marked or simplified to fewer keys.

Activity and Interests
Rovinj is a romantic Venetian town surrounded by the blue clear Adriatic Sea. The old city was once an island which was connected with the mainland in1763 and turned into a peninsula, as it is today.
The city has always attracted artists and Grisia street is a show case of many artists. There are many galleries along the street that stretches almost from the main square up to the Venetian-baroque style church, St. Euphemia, which was built in the eighteenth century.
Rovinj is surrounded by the sea. The water is crystal clear with a deep blue nuance that makes it a main attraction for tourists enjoying sailing, swimming or scuba diving. The city has one beach on the southern part of the Old Town called Monte which is mostly used by locals. Here are ample swimming and snorkelling opportunities and people are sunbathing or resting on the rocks that surround the beach.
Rovinj is renowned for its excellent food. All over old town there are restaurants scattered in the romantic setting of the town. Along the harbour and the main square the restaurants are lying side by side and this is the only busy area, notably in the evening when people are out to promenade along the harbour. Rovinj is one of the few Istian harbours that still have fishing boats that come every morning with a fresh catch of fish and this can be seen in the restaurants since they all offer wonderful fish dishes made from local fish. Limska Fjord, just north of Rovinj is a producer of oysters and many dishes offers various kinds of crayfish, mussels and oysters.
The city is car free and feels intimate as you wander around the beautiful old buildings and scenic cobbled stone streets.
