About this property

This chalet welcomes a couple and 2 children, in a refined atmosphere, with vast library and many games available. Bathroom with Italian shower, wall storage in room, full household electrical appliances and new, washing machine and dryer available, wood stove and electric heaters, internet-wifi, parking on site in the summer and immediate vicinity Winter. Walking distance to the ski lifts, snowshoeing on the spot, Nordic trails on site, Swiss border 3 km, all shops 4 km, Les Rousses, small red train winding through the forest to Nyon-Lac Léman, mini cruises to the French shore, Yvoire, Evian, or the Swiss Riviera, Montreux, Vevey, site of Lavau, classified UNESCO, Geneva and Lausanne at 1 hour, spa in Divonne. This summer, get high! The heat wave affects holidays, supposed to rest us. The chalets are at 1200 m (there are on the same ground 2 small chalets which accomodate each one a couple, see announcement 1271801), ideal altitude to the hikers. Moreover, the National School of Nordic skiing and biathlon, which prepares the champions, is located opposite the chalets, hidden by the forest. If it is hot during the day, the nights are cool, which will bring you energy for the next day's hike. Everything is designed for a comfortable and different stay, facing the forest, facing the essentials.

Perfect and cosy cabin in a beautiful location

The chalet is beautiful with everything you need and very homely. The location is great with fantastic walks nearby including La Dole. Nicole was lovely and very helpful, greeting us by phone upon our arrival. Would really recommend and would love to stay again!

Nos retours

Le gîte est fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Par contre les photos de l'annonce semblent indiquer qu'il y a peu de voisinage mais ce n'est pas/plus le cas. Cela reste calme néanmoins. Le principal bémol, c'est la propreté du logement. Nous avons alerté la propriétaire à la fin du séjour et elle nous a informé qu'elle ferait en sorte que ça s'améliore.

Belle région mais chalet vétuste.

Taille du chalet inférieur a 55m2 habitable. Ont est plus proche de 35m2 Les pièces ne sont pas vraiment séparer avec des portes. Électricité pas aux normes pour de la location avec des fils qui pendent. Ménage approximatif, toiles d'araignées, table collante. Cafetière sale avec des restes de café. Entretien extérieur non fait a notre arrivée avec de l'herbe assez haute. Barbecue dans l'annonce mais inexistant. Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout a notre attente. Dommage pour le prix. Nous aurions dû lire la totalité des commentaires car certaines autres personnes sont du même avis que nous. Il s'agit d'un chalet qui est tout a fait correct pour la personne qui y habite, mais pour de la location on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. Nous avons quitté la location au bout de 48h car pas tenable pour nous avec un bébé de 5 mois. Dommage on avait payé une semaine.
