This Parisian style 3 bedroom apartment offers on the ground floor a large living room with large bay windows opening onto the garden, a fully equipped American kitchen and a WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (2 persons) and a dressing room, a second bedroom with a trundle bed (2 persons) as well as an extra bed for one person and a closet, a bathroom with two basins as well as a separate toilet.
A private and free parking place located in the basement of the building completely secured and remote controlled.

And for nature enthusiasts, the SeaLife Aquarium located at the mall is open every day, so do not hesitate to take a stroll to the tree climbing of the Davy Crocket Ranch or to spend on the green of the Disney golf course.
You can reach Disneyland Park in less than 10 minutes by a bus stop at the foot of the building.
Lovers of Parisian life can go to the heart of the capital to admire the main sites (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees avenue ...).
For a one-day or weekend getaway, you can visit the medieval city of Provins, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We stayed 4 nights to experience Disney and Paris. All that we needed was within reach and we could access everything, shops, train, restaurants, Disney parks within walking distance. We arrived on a rainy bank holiday Monday in the dark, so a little complicated to read and follow the instructions to enter the property, but it made sense in the end and a wonderful, Engish speaking waiter in a nearby restaurant was eager and willing to help with road signs and food, as no shops were open to get food for the evening. All in all, the stay was enjoyable, busy and the apartment had every accessory needed for a lovely stay.
We had an excellent stay at this apartment which is located close to Disney and the shopping centre. It had everything we needed after a long day at Disney. Owners very friendly and helpful when needing to contact them. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would consider staying again in the future.
The location was perfect with shops, restaurants, Disneyland Paris and the train to Paris all within easy walking distance!
I stayed here with my family, 2 teenagers, a 6 year old and my wife. the stay was very enjoyable with easy access to the the Disney park via a bus service a short walk away at the entrance to Val d'Europe. kitchen was well stocked with everything required. It was a clean and tidy apartment with a nice garden area to the rear that include seating and coffee table which is ideal to relax in. There is a supermarket with in walking distance and has everything imaginable in order to make breakfast or the odd meal although eating out is not a problem with Val d'Europe having lots of restaurants.
We booked this apartment as we have stayed in Disney hotels in the past and we wanted a more flexible option this time with outdoor space.
Firstly the apartment is stylish and bigger than we expected. The outdoor space is great and we took a little paddling pool for our little one to cool off in when we were resting from the parks.
The management team were amazing, so helpful and responsive to anything we needed.
Location wise you can get the number 50 bus to Disney which is free but if you are up for walking it's only about 20 minutes and you can get into a quieter security point which lessens the queues.
The surrounding area is lovely, great shopping and restaurants and a real family feel to it. There is also a little play park and open space near by.
Only thing I could criticise is the lack of kitchen utensils and sharp knives but to be honest you will be so wowed by a he rest of the place that it doesn't matter.
The property was perfectly equipped for a family of 5. We were welcomed on arrival and shown around. The appartment was ideally situated for our needs to go to Disney and Paris with the RER being a short walk away.
I have already recommended it to several friends and family members and if we were to return to see more of Paris we would certainly stay here again.
While away my husband was ill and Kitxada took the time to help and make an appoitment with the doctors.
Despite this we had a lovely holiday.
