A very well cared for and clean home just steps from the beach and seasonal oceanfront dining ON THE GRAND STRAND. Our main home upstairs has two bedrooms (1 king; 1 king and twin) and two full bathrooms; a washer and dryer; screened in deck; and an open floor plan including a fully stocked kitchen w/ island and dishwasher, dining area, and living room that comes with a queen sofa bed. The apartment/in-law suite downstairs has its own separate entrance, a king bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with island and dishwasher and a living room.

Each floor is equipped with central air (w/ separate thermostats). And, YES, the quoted rate includes the rental of the entire house -- both up and down -- with the beds made and ready for you to relax! It's like two homes for the price of one! Sleeps 9 including sofa bed (sofa bed sheets and comforter provided in closet).

But wait! There's more! Luxury linens and bath towels, beach chairs, and the golf cart are ALSO INCLUDED! The golf cart is approximately $350 if you had to rent it!

This is it...only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, steps from the beach, minutes from golf courses, and just down the street from Murrells Inlet & Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north! There is FREE private beach front parking for guests in our community that choose to drive the car or golf cart to the beach and beachfront rest rooms and outdoor showers are bonus amenities for the residents and guests staying in our community.

Our home includes high speed internet service, streaming (wireless) and cable (wired) TV's, a washer and dryer, linens & bath towels, and beach chairs -- all in a quiet, close-knit 180 acre village that is minutes from dining, shopping, miniature golf, movie theaters, jet skiing, kayaking and just about anything else you like to do on a beach vacation!

You can relax on the big second floor screened in covered deck with plenty of furniture and a flat screen TV. In the carport area, there is an outside shower (with HOT and COLD water!) and storage for the provided beach chairs and toys. A Weber gas grill and propane are also provided for your convenience.

Within our gated community, there are two outdoor pools and a 'mini' water splash park for the kids (seasonal) and a year-round indoor pool. All are sure to be a memory-makers! Oceanside Village also has a 16 person whirlpool next to the Hickory Grove pool. An activities center, tennis courts, pickleball, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits and bocce ball are also available onsite.

You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional fee per week by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course is just 3 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their Glow Golf or Foot Golf when available!

Our golf cart is included with your rental for travel in Oceanside Village ONLY and for beachfront parking in the FREE Oceanside Village private parking area ONLY.

*One (1) small dog under 20 lbs. is welcome. (An additional dog or larger dog may be considered at an additional fee.)

Quoted rates are for renting the whole house (upstairs and downstairs). However, the lower-level and upper-level may rent separately for less $$ during slow seasons; providing you are OK with us renting the level you are not renting.

RENTAL RATE INCLUDES DEPARTURE CLEANING!

We welcome conversations by text, email or phone at anytime before, during and after your stay. We also schedule a brief "pre-stay" phone call with all of our new and returning guests!

FYI: Short stays of 4 nights or less may be welcome at certain times of the year.

ALSO, DURING SLOW SEASON YOU MAY RENT JUST THE UPSTAIRS OR DOWNSTAIRS – PROVIDING YOU DON’T MIND SOMEONE ELSE RENTING THE PART YOU HAVEN’T RENTED.
