Guarded Parking is included for free for 1 car during your stay, check-in times are at 3 pm and check-out times are at 11 am.

The condo is located within a short drive or taxi ride to Multiplaza Escazu, Avenida Escazu, Fourm 1 and Forum 2 Business Parks, Guachipelin Business Parks, Restaurants, Disco Clubs, and Entertainment. This condo is a perfect centralized location for all of the San Jose, Capital Area locations and travel.

The distance from Juan Santamaría International Airport to the condo is 30 min approx!

Our team is available to you 24-7 while in the condo. We also can suggest various activities and local spots around Escazu and San Jose for you to visit, shop and eat. The manager of this condo also operates a bar and lounge in the Escazu Area and will invite each guest as a VIP client.

Note: The maximum capacity of guests allowed in the apartment is 8 people in total including children. More than 8 people will not be allowed to access to the building. First visit Costa Rica

I thought the property was well situated. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. We used taxi/Uber to get to downtown San Jose to see the museums and the central market. Traffic can be heavy at times, but you are near a big city. Host responded to questions promptly. The complex is older, but, for my family, we felt the accommodations were nice. Good security. Overall, had a very nice experience at this property.

It was ok for our beeds

Being on the first floor…. We’d never do that again …. The noise was crazy loud at times Had to keep our drapes closed all the time too The jacuzzi never worked… The appliances need serious help Especially the washer and dryer The price was 5 stars… reasonable…. But the place is only a 3 star at best

More than expected

Everything was fantastic. from our arrival to our departure everything was Top Quality. Everything was easily accessible by Uber. The security at the property made us really very comfortable during the evenings. Great trip!!!

This property was built to American Luxury Standards and the Condo Complex has underground parking, elevators, generators, a large pool, indoor tennis and a work out gym. The property is beautiful and has very secure 24/7/365 guards as well as a state of the art security system. This condo really is an urban oasis.

This condo features a nice first-floor large-format layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is the master with an ensuite bathroom. Included are a washer and dryer, full kitchen, underground secure parking, security guards, a large pool, indoor tennis, and more!
