Classified 3 * by the Haute Bretagne Ille et Vilaine Departmental Tourism Committee.
Its privileged location in a quiet area allows you to do everything on foot or by bus: Solidor port 10 mins walk, beaches within 600 m, park with children's games at the door, all shops within 200 m and market 2 times a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
You can also walk to Intra-Muros in 25 minutes by walking along the beach of Bas-Sablons. Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus, the stop is 250 m away, which will take you directly to the foot of the castle and the ramparts.
The terrace is equipped with a large round table with turntable and parasol, a small picnic table for children, and 2 sun loungers.
I attach great importance to the cleanliness of the premises. For your comfort, the sanitary facilities are disinfected before your arrival.
As this accommodation is my second home, it is equipped "like home". If you have specific wishes, please let me know. I will try as much as possible to satisfy them.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location right in the heart of St Servan, close to the market and to the port. Rozenn made sure we were very welcome and comfortable and provided some much appreciated essentials to help us settle in. We hope to visit again!

Propriétaire des lieux très accueillante, disponible et bienveillante. Appartement très propre bien aménagé, calme, très bien situé avec une belle terrasse et place de parking. Il est situé à proximité des commerces, restaurants et sites touristiques. Hâte de revenir dans cette ville pleine de charme.

Adresse à conserver
Séjour rendu très agréable par cet appartement dans lequel on sent comme chez soi. Très propre, bien équipé, décoré et meublé avec goût. Plein de commerces et restaurants dans les environs. Quartier proche du centre ville où l on peut se rendre à pieds sans problème. Point de départ également de ballades si l on ne veut pas prendre sa voiture. A noter la place de parking dans la résidence, ce qui est très pratique. Sans oublier le contact très agréable, sympathique de la propriétaire, Rozenn.
