About this property

The cottage "Relaxation and Horizons was established in September 2014. This bright and spacious house of 160 m2 is situated in a quiet village and character 16 km from Bayeux, 16 km from Caen, 16 km from the landing beaches (Courseulles, Asnelles ...).
The house is located on a park of 2000 m2 and private parking can accommodate 8 cars.
The cottage is composed:
Ground floor:
A lobby lit by a glass roof where you will find all tourist information of our area. A small regionalist library complete this documentation.
A TV lounge opens onto the park and extends the lobby.
A fully equipped kitchen (combi oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer ...) extended by a dining room that can accommodate 8 to 12 people and an area of 30 m2.
A room of 16 m2 with a double bed.
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A laundry area with a washer and a dryer.
Upstairs :
A large illuminated landing a canopy overlooking the countryside.
A suite of 22 m2 with one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and dressing.

Spot on , great location for d-day landings and also for the Normandy countryside everything you need is close at hand but you feel like your in the middle of the countryside
