Emplacement tranquille et sécurisé

Grande maison très bien équipée bien conçu pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants en bas âge. Cadre calme. Personne d’accueil compétente et disponible. Attention les fauteuils de plage sont fragiles et cher à rembourser.

Idéal en famille ou entre amis !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle maison. Nous étions 8 avec des enfants, chacun a pu se ressourcer car la pièce de vie est grande et les espaces nuits bien isolés. La maison et les espaces extérieurs sont très bien équipés , la décoration est très sympa pour ceux qui aiment l'esprit "vintage". Le jardin esprit "Zen" est superbe. La situation géographique de la maison permet d'éviter la foule tout en restant proche des sites touristiques et des plages . Aurélien le propriétaire est adorable et toujours disponible . Idéal en famille ou entre amis !

Great vacation at a very nice house

We had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Land Zee in Saujon. The highlight for us was the lovely garden and patio area, where we spent many wonderful evenings enjoying food and wine in the sunshine. The house was well equipped and very comfortable, bedrooms, bathroom and living area were really great. The stairs are a little unusual and not suitable for young children or the elderly. Also, we REALLY appreciated the flexibility to allow us to have our small dog (who is an important family member!) with us on vacation. It is also a great location to explore the Charente Maritime area, although it is a short drive (20 minutes minimum) to most areas of interest, such as towns, beaches etc. There are some nice restaurants nearby also. Suggest that the kitchen could be improved from a chef's perspective, e.g. knives, garlic press etc., and install a more modern flat screen television. Would highly recommend this house as a great holiday location.

SUPER SEJOUR A SAUJON

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est joignable par téléphone en cas de besoin. Belle maison atypique (grande surface) avec terrasse et jardin vraiment agréables. Location bien entretenue et bien équipée. Allez-y les yeux fermés !
