Luxury 3 bed Garden Apartment - sea views, highly equipped, level in and out

Highly equipped garden apartment located in a small block of 4 on the front row with fabulous views over the sand dunes and across the sea to Lanzarote. 4 minutes drive or 25 min. walk to Corralejo centre & great restaurants, bars, shops & activities. Access from the private parking area, into & throughout the apartment and terrace is all on one level, making it very safe both for children and grandparents. There is a large soft lawn of man-made grass which is completely private, an area of decking to the side, sun loungers, a large covered terrace with family sized jacuzzi, a Weber gas BBQ, & an alfresco dining area. Also included are dedicated Wifi, satellite TV, IPTV with UK TV channels available, bluray DVD player, air conditioning / heating, safe, & luxury mattresses. The highly equipped fitted kitchen has marble worktops & breakfast bar, ceramic hob, fan assisted oven and hob (with cooker hood), dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc. There are also communal pools, children's pools & play areas. The large Mercadona Supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away. You can also walk to the Acua Water Park, shops & beach in 20 minutes.

Fantastic well equiped appartment

Chris helped us out at the very last minute with a late request for accommodation for which we were very grateful for.

The apartment is extremely clean and well equipped. The garden terrace and jacuzzi were just what was needed during the hot sunny days and evenings.

I would thoroughly recommend staying here and look forward to booking this lovely apartment again soon.

A marvelous holiday of 4 weeks

We had a marvelous holiday at Christine and Georges place, Las Vistas. Everything was just as the pictures told us, bright and functional. The place was everything well-eguipped and well-maintained, and the service from the owners and the property manager, Martyn and his wife Anita, was just in top. The area is very quiet and the garden is perfect with a great terrace and you can enjoy the sun in the garden. At the end of the road you will find the hypermarket, Mercadona, which can provide you with all you are in need for. The personal of the hypermarket is very serviceminded and is willing to deliver the goods to the apartement for a fee of €-4,21.

We can really recommend the place to families with and without children and to retired people as well, and for your information we have already booked 3 months spread over 2016/2017 and we look forward to return among others to the jump in the spa - that is just life folks.

Relax and enjoy a superior quality property

We were looking forward to our holiday and it didn’t disappoint, indeed it exceeded our expectations. Everything in the property is in good taste and the quality of the beds, sofa, kitchen and equipment was excellent.

The contact with the owners and the information received prior to our holiday was excellent and included suggestion/information regarding things to do, places to eat which we found very informative.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and better than described and the outside space was such a bonus, not to mention the hot tub!! We’ve already recommended it to friends and if we have the opportunity to return to Fuerteventura then we would have no hesitation to stay at the apartment again.

This property is highly recommended.

Superbly located and well appointed

Many thanks for a super 2 week stay in October 2014. Every enquiry before arrival was quickly and completely replied to, we really appreciated the accommodation of a last minute guest and late departure also.

The apartment was well appointed, clean and probably under represented by the photos, particularly the living room which has new and comfy sofa. Sky TV is a pest in Fuerte but who wants to be inside in such a lovely place anyway ? Blu Ray DVD player was a first, and very much appreciated also. Aircon in main bedroom and living room was welcome. Jacuzzi a nice touch.

Supermarket a 2 minute walk and well stocked. Communal pool was deserted at times though slightly chilly ! (sea was warmer) but again immaculate and next to good and well utilised kids play park.

Walk to nearby bars/food was 5 to 15 minutes then a further 10-20 minutes into "town" - locally, Tiffanys acceptable food and Clarkies well received by (our) football/pool mad holidaymakers.

Re main town, we tended towards old town (music square and afterwards next to port area) - you can walk from apartment in 30 minutes or take a taxi for 4 euros. We can honestly say that steaks were some of best ever tasted in every place we went to and every meal was very very well priced.

Beaches in main town were nice, good bars but small and seaweed strewn at times - if you feel like a walk, 30 minutes across the sand from apartment (follow the pylons) takes you to stunning white sand beaches next to the Rui hotels and couple of decent beach bars. Worth it, promise. You can get a taxi there 6 euros and always lots of taxis to bring you back after waiting at the hotel. Our son adored the boogy board and surf.

Further afield, there are some lovely beaches, we hired mountain bikes and saw much of the island, will be back to see more. Took a catamaran trip to Lobos which was superb, snorkelling and SUP boards great fun.

Would definitely recommend apartment for facilities and locality, not right in the main part of Correleyo but close enough. We didn't hire a car but honestly didn't suffer for it.

Again, thank you for really lovely 2 week Autumn stay.

Apartment has everything you need.

Had a great time at the apartment.

Outdoor space is great , shaded patio with table and chairs and JACUZZI!!! IT WAS REALLY GOOD!!

One night the children had a film on and i didn`t feel like staying inside so opened the window and watched Tintin the movie while in the jacuzzi having a glass of wine , you can`t beat that.

Weber bbq( nice bit of kit, i want one) and garden is ideal for sunbathing with new sunloungers, very private and large enough to have a little game of football.

Inside three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar (fan assisted oven , large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc, everything you need/want).

Good sized pool with two showers and smaller pool for younger children.

Tv and dvd player and also usb port to play any films you may have downloaded onto a memory stick.

Sercurity is very good as you have the option to pull down security shutters infront of the windows if you wish.

Views across to Lagos and Lanzarote , large supermarket on the other side of the complex (similar to what you would find in the uk, but a bottle of shiraz will only cost about 2 euros).

Only a short walk to Tifannys and Chalkies bar where you can get a meal or a drink, play some pool and there is a taxi rank.

We had a sunday lunch in the evening around 7.30pm the day before we left at Tiffanys and it was great. Definitely recommend it.

Taxi from Corralego back to the apartment less than 5 euros, very reasonable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Garden Apartment in the edge of the famous sand dunes of Parque Natural, Corralejo, walking distance to Sand Dunes, Baku Aquapark, & Beaches, shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. 4 mins drive to Flag Beach for sea sporting activities, or go into Corralejo old town for great waterside restaurants, or enjoy the really good live entertainment in town. The aqua park also has lots of other fun activities like bowling, rides, etc.

The beaches all around Corralejo are beautiful golden-white sand, and the rock pools are great to keep the kids busy. The dunes are good for quiet sunbathing. You can have a relaxed lunch by the waterside in Corralejo while you watch the children playing on the beach.
