About the property

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom south facing penthouse can sleep up to 4adults plus 1 faciliting with an extra sofa bed in the living room. This first letting newly decorated penthouse is fully equipped. Everything has been newly bought, eg kitchen & utensils etc .

The master bedroom has a double bed(150cm* 180cm) with built in wardrobes and aircon. The ensuite bathroom has full bath with overhead shower , wc and bidet. Bedroom no 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Beside is bathroom no2 with shower and wc.

The Living room has wifi ,flat screen tv with all sky channels plus Dutch, Spanish and German channels. There is also a Blu-ray player available in the apartment. The living room has comfortable seating with patio doors leading onto the balcony with sea views. There are table and chairs to enjoy your meal on the balcony also.

The kitchen is new fully equipped, with all cooking utensils .Upstairs is the private roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine with sun loungers and umbrellas. In the garden there is the large shared pool, which is unheated. But if you prefer the beach is only a 10/20mins walk beside the port. The apt is fitted with smoke alarms for safety.

Nice flat and in a good location.

Good sized flat and has everything you need. The large roof sun-terrace was a nice extra to go with the balcony.

Great position being close to transport links and tourist attractions but without the noise of being right in the middle of it all.

Will definitely go again.

stunning apartment

My wife and i stayed here in early October with my son and his girlfriend, Anna picked us up from the airport and took us to the apartment. the apartment was brilliant, very clean and spacious with virtually every need catered for.The sun terrace was amazing and very private with sun all day, lots of clean towels.The pool and gardens are very clean and very quiet. Benalmedina is a great place and the marina is a nice place to sit and people watch. Overall lovely apartment ,will be going back.Special mention to Anna who was very friendly and nothing seemed to to be to much trouble for her.

We had a great time at this apartment. The best fitted out kitchen. Had everything you could need. The area is lovely. The roof terece was very big and a great sun trap. The beach and the marina were only 10 minutes walk away.

Clean Penthouse apartment, good location, close to all amenities.

My wife and I spent a month at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we have been to Benalmadena many times renting apartments over the years and found that this apartment was by far the best we have rented. The TV has many Sky/English channels and the private rooftop terrace with its sea views is where we spent most of our time. I would certainly recommend this penthouse apartment to anybody looking to stay in Benalmadena and we will certainly be going back there in the near future. Anna who looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful and sorted out our initial problem with the WiFi and TV within 24 hours. Many Thanks Neil and Irene

So so indeed

This was the first time myself and 2 friends stayed in this property. It was everything that it was advertised to be, maybe better!!!

The apartment was very bright, airy, spacious, nicely decorated & in great condition. Very well equipped with everything we needed.it was great having the roof terrace to sit out on - plenty of beds as well. Great having the gas BBQ too. The apartment was in a great location for everything... train station, grocery stores, shops, beaches etc. We would 100% go back again. The lady Anna who looks after the apartment was So So lovely and So helpful, nothing was a problem to her, and her daughter was so kind to us as well. Even picked us up from the station & brought us to the apartment & also gave us a lift to the local market. ( which was a great day out) REALLY they couldn't have been more kinder to us. So thank you Anna for everything. God willing we will go back again, maybe next time would stay for 2weeks : ) Loved it. Thank you.

the property was exactly as described .. spacious, comfortable and ideally situated

Not the perfect start with a bit of miscommunication in regards to our arrival time, but that was sorted quicly and Anna's daughter arrived to let us in. The apartment is really nice with everything you could need. We loved the roof terrace on the days it was hot and utilised the many English TV channels on the rainy/ cloudy days and the free WiFi was a must for my teenage girls. The apartment is very close to El Pinillo train station and absolutely no need to hire a car if staying here. Only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour, 15 minutes to Tivoli world ( not worth the ticket price for older kids but lots for little ones) and 30 minute walk to Torremolinos. Supersol supermarket is handy is just a couple of minutes walk up the hill and Lidl is a 5 minute walk down the hill. We didn't really use the pool as it was far too cold but it looked really nice. Anna the managetess of the property lives next door and is helpful and friendly so no need to panic if there are any problems. All in all we would definitely return and stay here again at this very nice apartment.
